Ceramic coating studios · Content marketing

Teach car owners what a coating is so they can trust the studio that explains it.

Content marketing for a ceramic coating studio is writing and filming that explain the job to a buyer who cannot judge the chemistry. GullySales works on turning the studio's own knowledge into articles, videos and sheets that an advisor can send during a sale.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For ceramic coating studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer is deciding with half the facts”

The salesman at the showroom said it is essential, a cousin said it is a waste. Content that sets out what a coating does and does not do gives the owner a calm place to decide.

  • “Your best material is already in the bay”

A correction pass, a layer going on, a curing note: every job holds an explanation. Capture those moments and the studio has content no general website can match.

  • “An article is something an advisor can send”

When a buyer asks about maintenance, a link to a clear page ends a long chat. Write for the questions asked on WhatsApp, so the content gets used in sales and not left on a blog.

  • “Warranty wording is content too”

A plain page on what the warranty covers and what the owner must do removes the arguments that follow a sale. Write it before the buyer asks and link it from the quote.

What we do

What we deliver for ceramic coating studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A topic plan from real questions

The questions buyers ask on WhatsApp and at inspection, collected and turned into a list of articles and videos.

Result: A list of content pieces, each tied to a question.

  2. Explainer articles on coating and correction

Plain pages on stages, layers, curing and the difference from wax and polish, written in the studio's voice.

Result: Pages the advisor can send during a chat.

  3. A care guide for coated cars

A short guide on washing, chemicals to avoid and when to bring the car back, with the studio's own conditions.

Result: Owners receive the same care guide at handover.

  4. Short videos from the bay

Brief clips of inspection, a reading, a pass and a finished panel, edited with captions in plain language.

Result: A bank of clips ready for posts and for sales chats.

  5. A content tracker

A sheet recording which piece was sent or shown in which sale and whether an inspection followed.

Result: You can see which pieces carry weight with buyers.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who writes the articles?
The studio supplies the knowledge and photographs; we shape them into pages and edit for clarity. Claims about the coating come from the maker's papers and your own warranty, not from us.
Will content bring jobs by itself?
It does the explaining, which shortens the sale for those who already ask. Reach comes from search, social and referrals, so content works best alongside those, and we report on which pieces are actually opened.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
