Ceramic coating studios · WhatsApp marketing

Turn the chat where car owners ask about price into an inspection booking.

WhatsApp marketing for a ceramic coating studio is the use of the Business app or API to answer enquiries, share job proof and remind coated-car owners about care. GullySales works on the profile, the replies, the catalogue and the opt-in for broadcast messages.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For ceramic coating studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first reply sets the whole sale”

A buyer sends a car model and waits. A reply that names the stages and asks for photos and an inspection slot starts a real conversation, while a bare number starts a price comparison.

  • “Photos and videos do the selling in chat”

A short clip of a finished panel under a light and a stage sheet convince better than a paragraph. Keep a library of approved clips the advisor can send, with owner consent for any customer car.

  • “Broadcasts need permission”

Sending offers to every contact in a phone annoys people and risks the number. Message only those who agreed to hear from the studio, and check WhatsApp's current rules for business messaging.

  • “One phone is a single point of failure”

When enquiries land on one person's phone, they are lost when that person is away or leaves. Use the Business app's shared tools or an approved provider so the studio keeps its conversations.

What we do

What we deliver for ceramic coating studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. WhatsApp Business profile and catalogue

Name, description, hours, address, services and a catalogue of coating and correction packages in the studio's wording.

Result: A profile that explains the studio before the first reply.

  2. Quick replies for the common questions

Saved answers for price, stages, brand, care and booking an inspection.

Result: The advisor sends a full answer with one tap.

  3. An opt-in method for care messages

A clear consent line at handover so owners agree to receive care reminders.

Result: A list of owners who said yes to messages.

  4. A proof library

Clips and photos of finished jobs, labelled by car type, with consent recorded.

Result: The advisor finds a relevant clip in moments.

  5. Chat-to-diary routine

Each chat that agrees to an inspection is logged in the diary with its source.

Result: Chats and the diary show the same bookings.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need the WhatsApp API?
Not at the start. The Business app is enough while one or two people handle chats. Move to the API when volume or team size needs shared inboxes and approved message templates.
Can we message past customers about a new offer?
Only those who agreed to receive messages from the studio, and within the platform's current rules. Care reminders to coated-car owners are the safest, most welcome use.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
