Ceramic coating studios · Website

A website that shows the stages and books the inspection.

A website for a ceramic coating studio is the page a car owner checks after the reel or the referral to decide whether to hand over the keys. GullySales designs it to explain the work, show real cars and make booking an inspection easy.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For ceramic coating studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is checking, not browsing”

Someone has already heard of the studio and is looking for a reason to trust it or to leave. The first screen should show a finished car, the coating brand and a clear route to book an inspection.

  • “Stages explain the price”

A page that lists wash, decontamination, correction, coating layers and curing lets a buyer see why two quotes differ. Without it, the cheaper studio looks like a bargain and yours looks expensive.

  • “A phone is the whole audience”

Visits arrive mainly from a link in a chat or a social bio, on a mobile. Pages that load slowly or need pinching to read lose the visitor before the work is seen.

  • “Proof must be real and consented”

Photos of finished cars, paint readings and applicator status build trust only when genuine. Use jobs the owners have agreed to share, with plates covered, and never a stock image of someone else's car.

What we do

What we deliver for ceramic coating studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site structure

Home, coating, correction, maintenance, two-wheeler or other services, gallery, care and warranty, and contact, mapped before any design.

Result: A page list agreed before building starts.

  2. The coating and correction pages

Plain pages for each service with stages, layers, brand named and a booking button.

Result: A buyer can read what a quote includes.

  3. A gallery of real jobs

Finished cars with model, stage and coating brand, added as jobs finish and owners consent.

Result: The gallery grows with the studio's work.

  4. An inspection booking form

A short form asking car model, paint condition, photos and a preferred slot, feeding the diary.

Result: Bookings arrive with the details you need.

  5. Care and warranty page

The studio's own terms, care steps and maintenance visits in plain words.

Result: Owners and buyers read the same terms.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can the old one be fixed?
If the structure and photographs are sound, we fix and extend it. If it cannot be read on a phone or cannot show real jobs, a rebuild is cheaper in the end. We tell you after looking at it.
Can we show prices on the site?
You can show what is included and what changes the quote, such as car size and paint condition. A fixed figure without inspection invites price comparison, so we advise explaining the factors instead.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
