Electric car dealerships · Search engine optimisation

Appear when a buyer searches for how an electric car fits their life.

SEO for an electric car dealership is the work of making your pages the ones that answer EV questions: charging at home, running cost, range on real roads and ownership. GullySales builds the pages and the structure behind them so searchers meet your dealership and not only forums and videos.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For electric car dealerships

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers search the worry, not the model”

Phrases such as home charger for apartment or electric car running cost carry the real hesitation. A dealership whose site lists only models and an address never appears for them, and the forum that does appear owns the buyer's trust.

  • “Model pages copy the manufacturer's text”

If your model page repeats the brochure, the brand's own site has the same words and will be ranked above you. A page that adds local charging advice and a real city's conditions says something the brand's page does not.

  • “Search pages for each city and area go unused”

Buyers search by their own part of town. A dealership that serves several areas needs a page that speaks to each, instead of one address in a footer.

  • “Comparison searches sit between two brands”

Buyers compare one EV with another and with a petrol equivalent. A fair comparison page, written by someone who sells the cars, earns attention a sales pitch does not.

What we do

What we deliver for electric car dealerships.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A search audit of your current site

A review of which pages exist, what they say and which EV questions have no page at all.

Result: A written list of missing pages, in order of buyer need.

  2. Charging and ownership pages

Pages on home charging, public charging, running cost and warranty, written in plain language for your city.

Result: Each question a salesperson hears has a page behind it.

  3. Model pages with local detail

Each model page carries the local price notes, availability, test-drive booking and the questions buyers ask about it.

Result: Model pages say something the brand's page does not.

  4. Area and city pages

Pages for each area you serve, with directions, the showroom's role there and local charging notes.

Result: Searchers in your service area find a page meant for them.

  5. Technical clean-up

Titles, headings, page speed on a mobile and internal links set right.

Result: A report of what changed and why.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we outrank the manufacturer's own website?
Not for the brand's name and model. Aim for the searches the brand does not answer: home charging in a particular kind of building, comparisons and running cost in your city. Rankings are never certain, and GullySales does not promise them.
Do we need a blog for SEO?
You need pages that answer buyer questions. Some are best as articles, and some as fixed guide pages. Start with the questions your sales team hears again and again and write those first.
Should the dealership group's site carry all our branches?
A group site is fine, but each showroom needs its own page with its own address, contacts and local detail. A single page listing every branch gives a searcher no reason to choose yours.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
