Electric car dealerships · Lead generation

Bring in buyers who have already worked out where they will charge.

Lead generation for an electric car dealership means attracting people who are seriously weighing an EV, not everyone who is curious about the silent drive. GullySales builds the enquiry paths, the charging-led pages and the capture points that bring in buyers worth a salesperson's afternoon.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For electric car dealerships

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A curious visitor and a serious buyer ask different questions”

The visitor asks how far the car goes. The serious buyer asks where the charger will sit, whether the society permits it and what the car costs to run. Enquiry forms and ads that invite the second kind of question bring in the second kind of person.

  • “The manufacturer's app takes the first enquiry”

A buyer who books a test drive through the brand's app has already shown intent, yet the dealership receives the name late and with nothing about what was asked. Your own pages need a reason for the buyer to contact you directly as well.

  • “Fleet and corporate buyers are leads nobody collects”

A company wanting cars for employees or a cab operator weighing a purchase does not walk into a retail showroom. They search, read and write in. Without a page and a named owner, the enquiry lands on a retail desk that cannot price it.

What we do

What we deliver for electric car dealerships.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Charging-led enquiry pages

Pages that begin with home charging in an apartment, running cost and warranty, each ending in a request for a test drive.

Result: The owner can see which question brought each enquiry.

  2. A short pre-drive form

A form asking for the city, the type of home and parking, and the current car, before the drive is booked.

Result: The sales team knows who is coming before they arrive.

  3. A separate route for fleet enquiries

A page and a form for companies and cab operators, routed to one named person.

Result: Fleet enquiries stop landing on the retail desk.

  4. Source tagging on every enquiry

Each enquiry records whether it came from search, an ad, the brand app, a walk-in or a referral.

Result: The owner can see where enquiries came from, not just the total.

  5. A past-buyer introduction route

A simple way for happy owners to introduce a neighbour or colleague, with no payment attached.

Result: Introductions are logged instead of lost.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we buy leads from a portal or build our own?
Portal leads arrive without your charging answers, and the same buyer can be sent to several dealers. Your own pages bring buyers who have read your explanation first. Some dealerships run both, and the log shows which source books drives.
How do we stop the brand app from taking every lead?
You cannot block it, and you should not try. Reply to app leads at once with something useful, and give buyers a reason to deal with you directly, such as a charging guide and a named person to ask.
Which buyers should we pursue first?
Start with apartment and independent-house owners who have a parking spot and a daily route they can describe. They have a clear question you can answer, which is where a booking begins.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
