Electric car dealerships · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp to answer the buyer's charging questions where they already talk.

WhatsApp marketing for an electric car dealership means using the chat the buyer already prefers to send brochures, answer questions and keep a decision moving. GullySales sets up the account, the replies and the rules so the chat helps the sale and does not become spam.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For electric car dealerships

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The brand's leads arrive on a call, not a chat”

A buyer who booked through an app expects a message. A phone call at an inconvenient hour feels intrusive, and an unanswered chat feels careless. The first contact should match how the buyer asked.

  • “A brochure PDF is not an answer”

Sending a brochure to a buyer asking about apartment charging shows nothing was read. A short reply with the point that matters, and the guide for the rest, keeps the conversation going.

  • “Personal numbers hold the dealership's relationships”

Chats sit on each salesperson's own phone. When the person moves on, the whole conversation history goes with them. A business account with shared access keeps it with the dealership.

  • “Broadcasts to the whole list annoy the buyers you want”

A buyer who has just taken delivery does not want a message about a new launch. Lists need grouping, and every contact needs an easy way to stop messages.

What we do

What we deliver for electric car dealerships.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business account set-up

A WhatsApp Business account with the dealership's profile, hours, catalogue and quick replies.

Result: Buyers see a dealership, not an individual's number.

  2. First-reply and quick-reply scripts

Short messages for portal, app and walk-in enquiries, and replies to the questions asked again and again.

Result: The team answers in a consistent, useful way.

  3. Consent and opt-out rules

A simple way to record that the buyer agreed to messages and a clear way to stop them.

Result: No contact is messaged against their wishes.

  4. Grouped lists for different messages

Lists for open enquiries, booked buyers and past owners, each with its own kind of message.

Result: Every message goes to people who want it.

  5. Shared access and a handover rule

A rule about who can see chats, who replies and how a conversation moves between salespeople.

Result: The chat history stays with the dealership.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send offers to everyone in our contacts?
Only to people who agreed to hear from you, and only in the ways the platform's current rules permit. Check the platform's current rules for business messaging. An unwanted offer costs you a buyer and risks your account.
Is a chatbot sensible for a car dealership?
A bot can acknowledge an enquiry and ask the first questions. A buyer with a charging worry needs a person soon after. Use the bot to collect details and a human to advise.
Should we share prices on chat?
Share what you are authorised to share, with a date and the terms. Pricing and incentives change, so say that the quotation in writing is the one that counts.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
