Electric scooter dealers · Social media

Post the ride, the charger and the workshop, not just the brand's poster.

Social media marketing for an electric scooter dealer means showing real scooters, real owners and the real workshop on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. GullySales plans the posts and reels, writes the captions in your buyers' language and links each one to an enquiry route, so attention reaches the showroom.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For electric scooter dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Brand posters are everywhere, so they stand for nothing”

Every dealer can post the manufacturer's launch image. A buyer scrolling past recognises it and moves on. A short clip of a technician changing a part, or an owner charging at home, is yours alone.

  • “Students and first-job buyers watch reels”

A younger buyer decides on look, price and finance. Short videos showing the seat height, boot space and charger socket answer what they are actually wondering, in the time they are willing to give.

  • “Fleet buyers are on WhatsApp groups, not feeds”

A delivery hub manager is more likely to see a cost sheet shared in a group than a public post. Social media for them means being present where riders talk, with a contact they can message.

  • “A post without a next step wastes the attention”

A reel that ends with nothing to do leaves interested viewers with no route to the showroom. Each post should point to a ride booking, a WhatsApp message or the map listing.

What we do

What we deliver for electric scooter dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A content plan built on real material

A list of post ideas drawn from your showroom: test rides, charger set-ups, workshop work, delivery moments and owner questions.

Result: The owner has a list of posts that can be shot on a phone.

  2. Captions in the buyer's language

Captions and on-screen text written in the language your local buyers read, with the model and the price rule stated plainly.

Result: Posts read as if written by someone in the town.

  3. Delivery-moment posts with permission

A simple consent step so that handing over keys can be posted only when the owner agrees.

Result: Delivery posts are shared only with the owner's agreement.

  4. A route from post to enquiry

Every post carries one clear action: book a ride, message on WhatsApp or visit the map pin.

Result: The owner can see which post brought a message.

  5. Paid promotion set-up if wanted

Targeting by town and interest, with a budget the owner sets, and a check of the platform's current advertising rules.

Result: Any paid post has a stated audience, a budget and an enquiry route.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What posting schedule suits us?
Post as much as you can keep the quality honest. Irregular, good posts do more than a rushed schedule of poor ones. We plan around what your team can shoot, not around an arbitrary count.
Can we use the brand's videos?
Only as your dealer agreement permits. Ask the brand which assets you may share and how they must be credited. Your own footage of your own showroom is always yours.
Should we answer comments about range and price?
Yes, politely, and with the brand's published figures stated as such. Invite the commenter to a ride or a WhatsApp chat for specifics. Never promise a range you have not seen.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
