Electric scooter dealers · WhatsApp marketing

Answer the range and charging question where the buyer already asked it.

WhatsApp marketing for an electric scooter dealer means using the Business app or API to answer enquiries, send ride details and keep owners informed with their consent. GullySales sets up the catalogue, quick replies and message rules, and checks the platform's current rules before any broadcast.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For electric scooter dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers send a photo of the scooter and ask the price”

Some enquiries start as a WhatsApp message with a picture. A clear, prompt reply with the model, price rule and a ride invitation turns it into a visit; a late one loses it.

  • “Families use WhatsApp to decide together”

A photo of the scooter, the quote and the showroom location gets forwarded to a parent or spouse. The message should therefore make sense when read by someone who was not in the first chat.

  • “Broadcasts to people who never agreed cause harm”

Sending offers to every number in a notebook annoys buyers and risk the account. Only message people who agreed to hear from you, and make leaving the list easy.

  • “Fleet buyers want a group, not a broadcast”

A hub manager prefers a direct line and a shared sheet of prices and service arrangements. A mass message treats a purchasing buyer like a casual one.

What we do

What we deliver for electric scooter dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business profile and catalogue

Business name, address, hours and a catalogue of the models stocked, with price rule and ride booking link.

Result: A buyer opening the chat sees what you sell and where.

  2. Quick replies for common questions

Saved answers on home charging, range, warranty, service location and test rides, checked against the brand's documents.

Result: Every salesperson gives the same answer.

  3. A ride-booking message flow

A short exchange that fixes a ride slot and sends the showroom pin and a contact name.

Result: A buyer can book a ride without a phone call.

  4. Consent capture and a clean list

A simple way to ask each buyer whether they agree to messages, with the answer stored in the CRM.

Result: Only consenting numbers receive any broadcast.

  5. Owner service-day messages

Short notices to consenting owners about service days and new accessories.

Result: Owners hear from you when there is something useful to say.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need the WhatsApp API?
Not to begin. The Business app is enough for a single showroom. The API suits larger volumes and automation. We recommend the simpler option until the volume justifies the change.
Can we send price lists to everyone?
Send them to people who asked or agreed to receive them. Check the platform's current rules on broadcasts, and offer an easy way to stop. Prices change, so date every list.
Who should reply to the chats?
A named person, with a backup, during showroom hours. Say plainly on the profile when replies will come. A buyer who knows who is answering trusts the chat more.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
