Fleet management companies · Digital marketing

Put search, email, outreach and content behind one count of demos and pilots.

Digital marketing for a fleet management company is the combined use of search, content, outreach, social and messaging to bring fleet owners to a demo. GullySales joins these into one plan with one count, so you can see which effort produced pilots and contracts.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For fleet management companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels compete when nobody counts together”

Search, outreach and partners each report their own wins. Without one record from enquiry to contract, you cannot tell which to keep and which to stop.

  • “Paid search for tracking is crowded”

Device sellers bid on the same terms. A narrower bid on a specific fleet type and problem, sent to a matching page, spends less on the wrong clicks, and we advise on spend only after reading your numbers.

  • “Email still reaches procurement and finance”

A larger fleet's buying team reads email. A short note with a case summary and a comparison sheet reaches them where a social post will not.

  • “Brand name counts at renewal and referral”

Owners recommend vendors to other owners at depots and associations. A steady, honest presence makes your name the one that comes up.

What we do

What we deliver for fleet management companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel plan by fleet type

A plan stating which channels serve trucks, cabs, buses and field service, with the reason for each.

Result: Effort goes where each fleet type actually looks.

  2. One measurement sheet

A single sheet linking each channel to demos, pilots and contracts.

Result: You can compare channels on the same basis.

  3. Search and outreach set-up

Pages, tracking and outreach sequences that work together and point to the same demo form.

Result: Every route ends at a request you can count.

  4. Content and case calendar

A plan for guides, pilot stories and comparison sheets timed to your sales cycle.

Result: Sales has a useful page to send at each stage.

  5. Review and reallocation

A review of results against the baseline, with effort moved from weak channels to strong ones.

Result: Spend follows evidence, not habit.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What should we start with?
Search for your strongest fleet type, a demo form and a clean CRM. These give the count that every other channel needs.
Do we need paid ads?
Possibly, once pages and tracking work. Ads sent to a weak page waste money, so we fix the page first.
How do we know digital marketing is working?
By demo requests, pilots and contracts traced to their source. We make no promise on figures, and we report honestly when a channel is not worth continuing.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
