Fleet management companies · Social media

Post what a dashboard caught, so owners start asking what theirs would show.

Social media marketing for a fleet management company is posting proof and practical advice where transport owners and managers already spend time. GullySales plans the posts around real dashboard findings and fleet problems, and handles the replies that turn into demo requests.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For fleet management companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Fleet owners watch LinkedIn and WhatsApp groups, not trends”

Transport managers sit in industry groups and business feeds. A post about a route deviation caught on a dashboard reaches them. A festival graphic does not.

  • “A screenshot of an exception beats a feature list”

An owner remembers an idling alert or an unplanned stop on a map far longer than a bullet list of capabilities. With the customer's permission, a masked screenshot makes the product visible.

  • “Drivers and dispatchers are an audience too”

The person who opens the dashboard each morning influences renewal. Short posts on reading alerts and handling a driver conversation reach them, and strengthen the owner's view of your service.

  • “Comments from a competitor's customers are openings”

An owner who complains about a rival's support in a thread is a prospect. Without anyone watching the replies, the opening passes to whoever answers first.

What we do

What we deliver for fleet management companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Post plan by audience

A schedule of posts split between owners, transport managers and dispatchers, each with its own purpose.

Result: Each post has a reader and a reason.

  2. Dashboard story posts

Masked screenshots and plain write-ups of what a fleet's data showed, posted only with the customer's agreement.

Result: Prospects see the product doing real work.

  3. Group and page management

Posting and reply handling on LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube, plus a short list of transport groups worth joining.

Result: Questions get an answer instead of sitting unread.

  4. Short video explainers

Clips showing how a device is fitted, how an alert reads and what the owner does next.

Result: Buyers see the installation before the first visit.

  5. Enquiry hand-off to your sales team

A note passed to your team whenever a comment or message asks about price or demos.

Result: Interested people reach a person with their question attached.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Which platform matters for fleet buyers?
Start where your buyers already are. For larger fleets that is a business network, and for small owners a video or messaging channel. We check your own enquiries before we choose.
Can we post customer fleet data?
Only with the customer's written agreement, and masked where plates or routes could identify them. Where permission is missing, show a demo fleet instead.
Do posts bring demos directly?
A post may draw a message directly. Its steadier work is shortening the next conversation, because the buyer has already seen what the system reports. We track enquiries and do not promise any figure.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
