Luxury vehicle rental companies · Digital marketing

Run search, maps, Instagram and planner outreach as one plan for the season.

Digital marketing for a luxury car rental company joins the website, Google, Instagram, WhatsApp and planner outreach into one plan around the wedding and shoot calendar. GullySales works on the order of the work, what each channel is for and how you will know which one booked a car.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For luxury vehicle rental companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Every channel does a different job”

Search finds the buyer who knows the model, Instagram builds the planner's trust and WhatsApp closes the date. Treating them as one undifferentiated effort spreads the budget thin and measures nothing.

  • “The calendar sets the plan”

Muhurat months, festival weeks and shoot seasons decide when each channel matters. Work started when the rush has begun serves the rush after it, not the one in progress.

  • “Paid spend needs a place to land”

An ad that sends a family to a page with no gallery, no terms and no date form wastes the click. The landing page and the reply come before the budget.

  • “Source tracking is rare and useful”

Some operators cannot say whether a booking came from a planner, a search or a cousin. Asking one question at the first call and recording the answer changes what next season's money goes to.

What we do

What we deliver for luxury vehicle rental companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A season plan

A plan that places each channel against the muhurat months, the festival weeks and the weekday shoot demand.

Result: One page showing what runs when and why.

  2. Channel roles

A short statement of what search, maps, Instagram, WhatsApp and planner outreach are each expected to do for your cars.

Result: Each channel has a job you can check.

  3. A landing page for each campaign

A page built for each paid or posted campaign with its gallery, terms and date form.

Result: No campaign sends a buyer to a general home page.

  4. A source question and sheet

The first-call question about where the buyer heard of you, and a sheet that holds the answer against the booking.

Result: Bookings carry a source, not only a date.

  5. A review of results

A look at enquiries, quotes, advances and sources at the end of each season, with a note of what to repeat and what to drop.

Result: You see what the season's effort produced and decide the next.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should the budget start?
With the pages and replies that every channel will use: the gallery, the car pages, the date form and the saved answers. Spending on ads before those exist sends buyers to a weak experience.
Do we need all the channels?
No. A small fleet may do well with a strong map profile, Instagram and planner relationships. Add a channel when you can answer its enquiries, not before.
How do we judge success without a promise of results?
By the records: enquiries logged, dates answered, quotes sent, advances received and the source of each. GullySales makes no promise on bookings, and the sheet shows what your own work produced.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
