Luxury vehicle rental companies · WhatsApp marketing

Answer the date question on WhatsApp the way a planner would want it answered.

WhatsApp marketing for a luxury car rental company is using the business number to answer date checks, send galleries and terms, and keep planners informed. GullySales works on the profile, the catalogue, the saved replies and the rules for who may message whom.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For luxury vehicle rental companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The chat is the showroom”

A family sends a screenshot of a car and asks if it is free on a date. The reply that comes back with the photographs, the terms and a clear answer is the sale, and a slow "will check" is the loss.

  • “One number, several hands”

When the owner, a driver and a coordinator all answer from personal phones, replies disagree and customers keep no single thread. A business number with a shared handler gives the buyer one conversation.

  • “Broadcasts need permission”

Sending a fleet offer to every contact in the phone annoys planners and risks the number. Message people who asked, or agreed to hear from you, and check the platform's current rules on promotional messages.

  • “Terms read once, then forgotten”

A long terms message pasted into a chat gets scrolled past. Short points, with the advance and cancellation lines first and a link to the full sheet, are read.

What we do

What we deliver for luxury vehicle rental companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business profile and catalogue

The WhatsApp Business profile with the address, hours and a catalogue listing each car with photographs and the occasion it suits.

Result: A visitor sees the fleet inside the chat.

  2. Saved replies

Replies for date checks, quotes, alternative cars, terms, hold periods and confirmations, worded for a family and for a planner.

Result: The team answers the common messages with the same clear wording.

  3. Labels for each enquiry

Chat labels for new, date checked, quote sent, held, advance paid and delivered.

Result: A glance at the chat list shows where every conversation stands.

  4. A planner group

A group, opened with consent, where a planner and the coordinator exchange timings, venue details and changes on the day.

Result: The coordinator and planner share one thread for each wedding.

  5. Message rules for the team

A short sheet saying who replies, what reply standard is agreed internally and what the team never sends.

Result: Everyone knows who owns a conversation.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we message past customers about next season?
Only people who agreed to hear from you, and with an easy way to stop. Check the platform's current rules and your own consent record before sending anything promotional.
Should photographs go in the chat or a link?
Send three or four of the best pictures of the requested car so the buyer sees something at once, then a link to the gallery. A chat full of unsorted images hides the car you want noticed.
What about voice notes from drivers?
Keep customer conversations in text from the coordinator and let drivers speak only on the day about timing. Written confirmations give both sides something to check later.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
