Multi-brand car service centres · Website

A site that shows the bays, the makes and how an estimate works.

A website for a multi-brand car service centre is the page an owner opens from Maps or a search to check the workshop before calling. GullySales works on what that page shows, how it reads on a phone and how it leads an owner to book or message.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For multi-brand car service centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is on a phone, in a hurry”

An owner searching from a parking lot reads for a few seconds. The site needs the makes serviced, a call button, a WhatsApp button and the address visible without scrolling through a long story.

  • “Photographs decide the doubt”

A page of stock images of cars says nothing. Real photographs of the bays, the scanner, the parts shelf and the advisors answer the question of whether this is a proper workshop.

  • “The estimate process is the selling point”

Owners fear the bill that grows. A page that explains the photograph of the worn part, the written estimate and the approval before extra work takes on that fear directly.

  • “One page for all makes loses the searcher”

A general services page cannot rank for a particular model and fault. The site needs make-and-job pages linked from a clear menu, each leading to the same booking route.

What we do

What we deliver for multi-brand car service centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A homepage built around the first question

Makes serviced, common jobs, location, hours and two buttons for call and WhatsApp, in that order.

Result: A visitor can act within seconds of arriving.

  2. Make-and-job pages

Pages for the makes and jobs that fill your lifts, written from the work done in your bays.

Result: A searcher finds a page about their own car.

  3. An estimate-and-approval explainer

A plain page showing the steps from inspection to approved estimate, with a sample message.

Result: The fear of a changing bill is answered before the visit.

  4. Real photographs and a team page

Bays, tools, parts and advisors photographed with consent, with names and roles.

Result: The workshop looks like the place it is.

  5. A booking route with the car's details

A short form or WhatsApp link that captures make, model, year and complaint.

Result: Each enquiry arrives with what the advisor needs.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a website if we have a Maps listing?
Yes. The listing gets the tap, and the site holds the proof: the pages, the process and the people. They support each other.
Should we show prices on the site?
Show what an inspection or service includes. Fixed prices for repairs can mislead since parts and condition vary. Pricing stays your decision.
Can we manage the site ourselves?
Yes, if the tool is simple. We set it up so an advisor can update photos, hours and make pages without a developer.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
