Multi-brand car service centres · Social media

Show the worn part on the lift and let the work earn the follow.

Social media marketing for a multi-brand car service centre is showing the workshop's work in public, on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, so owners see how jobs are done before they book. GullySales works on what is shown, how it is captioned and which post leads to a call.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For multi-brand car service centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The best post is the part that was replaced”

A photograph of a worn brake pad beside the new one, with the model named, tells an owner more than a festival greeting. It also shows the workshop is honest enough to display the evidence.

  • “Owners follow the car, not the workshop”

Someone with a Brezza follows pages about Brezzas. Posts organised by make and job reach the right people, while a general feed of cars on lifts reaches no one in particular.

  • “A video of the bay is trusted more than a design template”

A short, steady clip of an advisor explaining the estimate at the car does what a graphic cannot. It shows the people, the lift and the tone of the conversation owners worry about.

  • “Posting without a route to the phone wastes the reach”

A follower who likes a clutch job needs a visible way to ask the price. A WhatsApp button, a pinned post and an answered comment are what turn a post into a booking.

What we do

What we deliver for multi-brand car service centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A content plan built from jobs on the lifts

Posts drawn from real jobs, with the make, the fault and the fix described, and owner consent for any car shown.

Result: A feed that reflects the work actually done.

  2. Caption and photograph standards for the bay

A simple guide on angle, lighting, number plates and what to cover, so the advisor can post from a phone.

Result: Posts look consistent without a studio.

  3. A pinned route to WhatsApp and the profile

Profile links, a pinned post and a response routine for comments and messages.

Result: Every follower has one clear way to ask.

  4. Community posts for societies and offices

Service day notices and seasonal checks made for the groups where neighbours ask for recommendations, shared with consent.

Result: Residents and staff learn the workshop is nearby.

  5. A report on what led to a call

Comments, messages and calls counted back to the post or video that drew them.

Result: You see which posts brought enquiries.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform matters first?
The one where your owners already ask. For a typical garage that is Instagram and a local WhatsApp group, with YouTube for longer explanations. Your enquiry log decides.
Can we show customers' cars?
Only with the owner's consent, and cover the number plate. Ask at the counter and note it on the job card.
Should the page post offers every day?
No. Offers on every post teach followers to wait for a discount. Mix explanations of jobs, seasonal checks and a plain offer when you have one.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
