Tempo traveller rental companies · Digital marketing

Put the van where the trip gets planned, and measure which place sent the booking.

Digital marketing for a tempo traveller rental company is the combination of search, maps, ads, social posts and messaging that brings trip enquiries to your phone. GullySales picks the few channels that suit a van operator, sets them up to work together and records what each one brings.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For tempo traveller rental companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels compete for a small budget”

One or two vans cannot fund every platform. Choosing Maps, a route page and WhatsApp before anything else spends effort where trips are decided, instead of where agencies sell packages.

  • “Paid ads suit the peak weeks”

A search ad for a hill-station route in the week before a long weekend meets a buyer with a date. The same ad in a quiet week buys clicks and no trips. Time the spend to when groups plan.

  • “Reach has to end in a call”

A post, an ad and a listing all fail if the phone is not answered or the reply is slow. The best campaign, run on a dispatcher who misses calls, brings less than a plain profile with fast answers.

  • “Different buyers use different channels”

Families use Maps and forwards, agents use phone and referral, companies use email and vendor forms. A single campaign cannot reach all three. Plan each route to its buyer.

What we do

What we deliver for tempo traveller rental companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel plan for your fleet

A short plan naming the channels to use, the ones to skip for now, and the reason for each, based on your enquiries.

Result: A plan that says what to do and what to leave alone.

  2. Search and Maps ads for peak weeks

Ads for your top routes set to run when long weekends and holidays approach.

Result: Ads switched on for the weeks groups choose dates.

  3. Tracking for calls and chats

Call tracking and tagged links so that each enquiry can be traced to its source.

Result: A source for every enquiry, not a guess.

  4. Landing pages for campaigns

A page per campaign carrying the route, van photographs, rate chart and a message button.

Result: Each ad leads to a page that matches it.

  5. Review of what worked

A written comparison of enquiries, quotes and bookings by channel after each season.

Result: A clear answer on which channel to keep.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What should the budget be?
We cannot name a figure without seeing your fleet and calendar. Start small on Maps and search for your best two routes, watch the bookings, and add where the record shows trips.
Do we need an agency or can we do it ourselves?
You can do much of it yourself, especially the profile and replies. Hire help for the website, tracking and ads if the dispatcher has no time. Keep control of your accounts either way.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
