Vehicle inspection services · Search engine optimisation

Appear when someone searches to check a car before paying for it.

SEO for an inspection service is the work of making your pages the answer to searches such as pre-purchase car inspection or used bike check in a given city. GullySales works on page structure, wording and the proof a searcher reads before booking.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For vehicle inspection services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Searchers describe the worry, not the service”

Someone nervous about a used car types a question about accident history, odometer tampering or flood damage. A page titled with only the service name misses them. Pages that answer the worry in plain words meet the search where it starts.

  • “Vehicle type changes the search entirely”

A buyer of a two-wheeler, a car and a truck use different words and expect a different report. A single inspection page for all of them reads as vague to a visitor and to a search engine.

  • “The report sample is the strongest page you own”

A visitor who can see a real layout of findings and photos judges the product before paying. Hiding it behind a form removes the best reason to trust you from the page that ranks.

  • “City pages need a real service behind them”

A page for a city you do not visit invites a wasted booking and a bad review. Each city page should name the areas covered and say honestly whether the engineer travels to the vehicle.

What we do

What we deliver for vehicle inspection services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Search wording research

A list of the phrases buyers, sellers and fleet managers use for each vehicle type, taken from your own enquiries and the search results.

Result: You hold a written list of terms mapped to pages.

  2. Page per vehicle type

Separate pages for cars, two-wheelers and commercial vehicles, each with the checks and the report that fit.

Result: A buyer of each vehicle finds a page that speaks to them.

  3. Open sample report

A public sample with identifying details removed, set beside a short guide to reading it.

Result: A visitor can judge the report before enquiring.

  4. Worry-led guide pages

Plain answers on flood damage, tampered odometers, accident repairs and hidden faults, linked to the booking page.

Result: Questions people actually type have a page that answers them.

  5. Title and heading clean-up

Titles, headings and descriptions rewritten so each page says what it covers and where.

Result: Every page has a single clear subject you can read at a glance.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a page for every city?
Only for cities where you can send an engineer or accept a vehicle. Write each one around the areas you really cover. A thin page for a city you cannot serve costs you reviews.
Will SEO bring bookings from other towns?
It brings the searcher, and the buyer in another town is often your best customer because they cannot visit twice. State plainly whether the engineer travels to the seller's location.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
