Vehicle inspection services · Website

Build a site where the sample report does the selling.

A website for an inspection service is where a buyer, lender or fleet manager judges your report before paying. GullySales works on the page structure, the sample report display and the booking routes, so the site shows the product instead of describing it.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For vehicle inspection services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The report should be visible before any form”

A visitor who has to hand over a phone number to see a sample leaves. Place a real sample, with details removed, near the top, and let the quality speak.

  • “A site that serves everyone serves no one”

A retail buyer, a seller and a lender want different pages. One home page with a single button forces each to dig. Clear doors for each visitor shorten the path to a booking.

  • “The phone is the main device”

Most buyers will open the site on a mobile, often while standing at the seller's gate. Pages must load and read properly on a small screen, with the booking button within reach.

  • “Trust shows in the small details”

A named quality process, a list of what is checked and what is not, and clear contact details tell a lender the business is serious. Missing pages signal the opposite.

What we do

What we deliver for vehicle inspection services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Sample report page

A display of a real report layout with identifying details removed, with notes on how to read each section.

Result: A visitor can judge the product without contacting you.

  2. Entry pages per visitor

Distinct landing pages for buyers, sellers, dealers and lenders, each with its own booking or pilot route.

Result: Each visitor finds a page written for them.

  3. Mobile-first booking route

A short booking form that works on a phone, asking only for vehicle details and location.

Result: A buyer can book from the seller's doorstep.

  4. Checks and limits page

A clear list of what an inspection covers and what stays outside it.

Result: The scope is stated before anyone pays.

  5. Service area and contact details

Cities covered, whether the engineer travels, and how to reach the team.

Result: Visitors see where you work and how to reach you.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the price be on the website?
Show it if your fee is fixed by vehicle type. If it varies by location or batch, say what it depends on and invite a quote. Only publish figures you will honour.
Do we need a separate page for dealers?
Yes. A dealer or lender wants the process, the report format and a pilot route, not a consumer pitch. A separate page lets you speak to them in their terms.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
