Vehicle towing services · Follow up systems

Turn a rescued driver into a saved number, and a first job into a regular partner.

A follow-up system for a towing service is the set of messages and calls sent after a job and after a partner visit so the operator stays remembered. GullySales works on what is sent, to whom, and who on your team sends it.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What follow up systems means

A follow-up system is the set routine for calling, messaging or emailing an enquiry more than once, since most buyers do not decide on the first conversation. GullySales sets the number and timing of follow-ups so an undecided buyer keeps hearing from you until they decide either way.

For vehicle towing services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The job ends and the relationship ends with it”

The driver pays, says thanks and forgets the number. A message after delivery with a contact card is the only thing that makes the next breakdown a call to you.

  • “A partner visit with no second contact is wasted”

A garage that received the sheet and heard nothing again will file it. A call after the visit and a short note after the first job turn a courtesy into a place on the call list.

  • “A dispute is a follow-up that went wrong”

When a driver feels the quote changed, the right call a little later with an explanation can turn a complaint into a repeat caller. Silence turns it into a review.

  • “Seasonal reminders reach people who saved numbers”

Before the rains and long weekends, a message to past callers and partners with the dispatch line and the areas covered reminds them that you are the number to ring.

What we do

What we deliver for vehicle towing services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A post-job message

A WhatsApp message sent after delivery with the contact card, a thank you and a note on what to do in a breakdown.

Result: Every closed job triggers a message.

  2. A partner follow-up sequence

A visit, a call and a note after the first job, with who sends each step written down.

Result: Each partner shows the step reached.

  3. A complaint call routine

A short script for ringing a customer who disputed a quote, to listen and explain the pricing basis.

Result: A routine for dealing with a dispute the day it happens.

  4. A seasonal reminder for past callers

A message to past customers and partners before the rains and long weekends.

Result: A list of recipients and a message ready to send.

  5. A who-follows-up-whom sheet

One sheet naming the person who handles driver follow-ups and the person who handles partners.

Result: No follow-up depends on remembering.

How the result is measured

  • Follow-up completion rate
  • Average number of follow-ups before close
  • Enquiries closed after repeat follow-up

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the follow up systems work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Measure today's reply time

From last month's enquiries, we measure how long each waited for a first reply and how many follow-ups it got.

  2. 2

    Agree targets and the sequence

We set reply targets and the follow-up sequence with your team, based on its real hours and workload.

  3. 3

Set up templates, tasks and ownership

Templates, first-call questions, CRM tasks and named owners go live, with cover for leave and weekends.

  4. 4

    Track and adjust every month

Reply time and follow-up completion are reported against the baseline, and the routine is changed where it is not kept.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 2, qualification. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a message after a job intrusive?
One short message with a contact card is expected after a rescue. Keep it to the job and ask permission before adding anyone to a broadcast list.
Who should ring the partners?
Someone who knows the trucks and can speak to a workshop manager, the owner or a senior dispatcher. We prepare the notes.
How do we know follow-ups work?
Check the record for repeat callers and for partners who send a second job. We cannot promise a result, and the log shows what happened.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
