Vehicle towing services · Social media

Be the tow number that people have already saved before the day they need it.

Social media for a towing service is the use of posts, short videos and community groups to make the operator known before a breakdown happens. GullySales works on what to post, where to post it and how a viewer reaches the dispatch line.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For vehicle towing services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Nobody follows a tow truck for fun”

People follow when a post helps them. A short clip on what to do after a flat battery on a highway earns a save and a share, while a picture of a truck with a slogan earns a scroll.

  • “The audience that matters is local and narrow”

A viewer three states away is no use. Neighbourhood groups, residents' associations, taxi unions and workshop circles in your area hold the people who will one day ring your number.

  • “Careful handling is the proof”

Owners of luxury and electric cars worry about damage. A short clip of the loading, the straps and the ramp, shown with the owner's permission and without plates, answers that worry better than any claim.

  • “Posts must end at the phone”

A viewer who likes a post and cannot find the number has done nothing for the business. Each post should carry the dispatch line and the area you cover, in the first screen.

What we do

What we deliver for vehicle towing services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A post plan built on useful guidance

A list of post ideas on breakdown steps, safe waiting and what to tell the dispatcher, written in plain language.

Result: A bank of ideas your team can film in a day.

  2. Short clips of loading and strapping

Guidance on filming the handling of a low or electric car, with a consent note for the owner.

Result: Clips ready to post with permission recorded.

  3. A local group map

The neighbourhood, taxi, fleet and workshop groups worth joining, with a note on what each allows.

Result: A named list of groups with the posting rules beside each.

  4. A save-our-number card

A shareable card with the dispatch line and area, designed to be saved on a phone.

Result: One image a driver can save from a post.

  5. Profile bio and link set up

The page bio, the call button and the WhatsApp link set so the viewer reaches the dispatch line in one tap.

Result: From any post, one tap reaches the dispatcher.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform should we use?
Start where your local audience already is: a Facebook page or groups, Instagram for short clips, and YouTube for guidance videos. We choose based on who your drivers and partners are.
Can we post photos of rescued cars?
Only with the owner's permission and without number plates. Photos of your own trucks and equipment are safer where possible.
Will posts bring emergency calls?
Posts build recognition before the need arises. We cannot say how many calls follow, and the dispatch line must be answered when one does.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
