Wedding car rental companies · Social media

Post the car at a real wedding, and the next family sees what they are booking.

Social media marketing for a wedding car rental company means using Instagram and WhatsApp status to show your cars at real functions, so families and planners can judge the car before calling. GullySales works on what to film, how to ask for consent and how to tag the people who send you work.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For wedding car rental companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The family scrolls through reels while deciding”

Relatives share reels in the family group long before anyone phones a supplier. A clean clip of your car at a gate, with the decoration on, travels through those groups at no cost to you.

  • “Showroom photos feel like stock”

A car parked in the lot, shot in flat light, looks like every other owner's page. A frame with the groom's entry, flowers and the venue behind it tells the family the car has done this before, and that nothing went wrong.

  • “A planner tagged is a planner who shares”

Tagging the planner and the decorator in a reel gives them a clip for their own page. They repost it, and their followers, who are future couples, see your car without you paying for the reach.

  • “Consent is a part of the shot”

A wedding has guests, children and relatives who never agreed to appear online. Ask the family before the function, film the car and the entry rather than the crowd, and take the clip down at once if anyone objects.

What we do

What we deliver for wedding car rental companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A shot list for every function

What to film on the day: the car at the gate, the decoration close-up, the entry and the departure.

Result: Every wedding leaves you with usable footage.

  2. A consent note for families and planners

A short message asking permission to post and tag, sent before the function and answered in writing.

Result: You hold a record that the family agreed.

  3. A highlight for each car

Instagram highlights named after the car, each holding that car's best reels and photographs.

Result: A visitor reaches a car in one tap.

  4. A planner and decorator tag list

Handles of planners, decorators and venues kept in one place, tagged on each post they were part of.

Result: Your reels reach the people who recommend you.

  5. A status routine for the booking calendar

A WhatsApp status showing which cars are free for upcoming dates, updated as bookings are confirmed.

Result: Past customers see what is available without asking.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a professional photographer for every wedding?
No. A phone with a steady hand, daylight and a clean car is enough for a reel. Hire a photographer for a vintage car or a shoot you want to present as a showpiece, and keep phone clips for the rest.
What should we do about a family that does not want the car posted?
Take that as final. Note it on the booking record, do not tag, and do not post even a car-only image. A refusal costs you one reel, while an unwanted post costs you the family and the planner.
Should we run paid promotion on Instagram?
Try it only after you have a few reels you are proud of and a calendar to show. Promote to your city, ahead of the season, and compare the enquiries with the sheet before spending more.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
