Wedding car rental companies · Website

Give the family a site where they can see the car, the date and the terms.

A website for a wedding car rental company is the place where a family or planner sees your cars, checks a date and learns the terms before messaging you. GullySales works on the gallery, the package pages, the date check and the WhatsApp button that turn a visit into an enquiry.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For wedding car rental companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor arrives from a forwarded link on a phone”

The elder sees a link in the family group and opens it on a small screen with a weak connection. Heavy photos and tiny buttons end the visit, so every page has to load and read well on a phone.

  • “A gallery without names answers nothing”

A grid of cars with no names, no occasion and no price guide leaves the family guessing which one is which. Each car needs a name, a short description, decorated photographs and the use it suits, so the family can point to one.

  • “The terms are hidden, so the family asks everything”

When the advance, inclusions and cancellation are not on the site, every enquiry begins with the same questions. Terms written plainly save your time on the phone and filter out families who cannot meet them before you reserve a car.

  • “A form nobody finishes loses the enquiry”

A long contact form on a phone sends the visitor away before the last field. A button that opens WhatsApp with the car and date already typed lets the family start the conversation in one tap, in the app they already use.

What we do

What we deliver for wedding car rental companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A gallery page with each car named

Every car with its name, photographs, decorations and the occasions it suits.

Result: A visitor can choose a car and say which one.

  2. Package pages for each use

Groom's entry, bride's car, baraat transport, guest pick-ups and shoots, each with what is included.

Result: The site answers the question a family has about their use.

  3. A date check a family can read

A simple calendar or a list of open dates for each car, updated from the booking sheet.

Result: The family sees if the date is free before asking.

  4. A terms page in plain words

The advance, inclusions, decoration, driver hours, waiting charges and what happens if the date moves.

Result: A planner can read the terms and forward them.

  5. A WhatsApp button that carries the car and date

A tap that opens a chat with the selected car and date filled in, on every car and package page.

Result: Each enquiry arrives knowing which car was meant.

  6. A planner page with contacts and a pack

A page for planners and decorators with the introduction pack, a contact for the morning and terms.

Result: A planner can save it and send it to the next family.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need our own website if we have Instagram?
Instagram shows the car, but it does not hold terms, a calendar or pages that appear in search. A small site works with the profile, and the posts link back to it for a family ready to book.
How many cars should the site show?
Show every car you will actually send to a wedding, each on its own page. Remove any you have sold or no longer hire out, since a family asking for a car you cannot supply is a lost conversation.
Should the site show prices?
State the packages and what they include, and explain that the rate depends on the date, car and hours. Price lists with no context mislead, and a page that explains the factors invites a sensible enquiry.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
