Wheel alignment centres · Digital marketing

Put the bay where a driver looks, from the map to the chat to the fleet manager's inbox.

Digital marketing for a wheel alignment centre is the combination of search, map listing, social posts, messages and a website that bring bookings to a single aligner. GullySales works on how these parts connect, and on the log that shows which one earned each job.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For wheel alignment centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “One channel cannot fill a bay”

Search brings the driver with a complaint, the dealer brings the tyre customer, and the fleet comes through a contact. A plan built on one of these leaves the ramp idle whenever that source is slow.

  • “Spend must follow the machine”

A bay with one aligner has a fixed number of slots. Marketing that creates more enquiries than the bay can serve disappoints customers and wastes the money behind it.

  • “Local intent is the whole market”

A driver will not cross the city for alignment. Advertising and content aimed at the wrong area bring calls from people who will not come, so the catchment decides the plan.

  • “Without a log, every channel claims the credit”

The owner hears that ads, the profile and the dealer all brought customers, and cannot tell which. Asking each caller where they heard about the bay is the cheapest way to find out.

What we do

What we deliver for wheel alignment centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan for one bay

The sources worth working, in the order your job cards support, with the area they cover.

Result: You know where to put effort first.

  2. A source question at the counter

One line asked of each customer and written in the log.

Result: Each job has a recorded source.

  3. A simple budget frame

A limit on any paid activity set against the slots you can serve.

Result: Spend never exceeds what the bay can handle.

  4. Linked profile, site and chat

The Google profile, website and WhatsApp number pointing to each other with the same name, address and hours.

Result: A driver finds consistent details everywhere.

  5. A review of the log

Job sources set side by side so you can drop what does not work.

Result: Decisions rest on your own record.

  6. A fleet and dealer track

A separate small plan for introductions that do not depend on search.

Result: Two non-search sources are worked on purpose.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What should a small bay do first?
Fix the Google profile and the enquiry log. These cost little and show what else is worth doing.
Are paid ads necessary?
Not for every bay. They suit quiet slots and a defined area, and you can pause them when the bay is full.
How do we know digital marketing is working?
Compare the source column of your job cards before and after. We do not promise results, but the log shows the movement.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
