Computer and laptop dealers · Branding

Be the shop people come back to, not the cheapest quote on the street.

Branding for a dealer is what a customer remembers once the price is forgotten: the service desk, the honesty about stock, the bill handed over without being asked. GullySales settles what your shop stands for, then puts it on the board, the website, the WhatsApp reply and the service slip.

A sign-painter's bench: a shop sign on a low easel lettered as far as its last character, which is still only pencilled in, a mahl stick laid across the work, open tins of paint on the floor and a finished sign hanging from its iron bracket above

What branding means

Branding is what a customer remembers about your business beyond the product, including your name, colours, tone of voice and what you are known for locally. GullySales sets or corrects this once and applies it consistently across your website, signage and adverts so the business looks like one company everywhere.

For computer and laptop dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Every counter in the market looks the same from the aisle

Same glass, same brand posters, same printed price list. A board with your own name, a clean counter and a staff member who introduces the shop is most of the difference.

  • The service slip is the thing they keep

A printed job sheet with the fault, the part, the cost and a date beats any promise made across a counter. Customers photograph it and send it home.

  • A shop known for one thing gets asked for it

Gaming builds, graded refurbished machines, or office supply with proper invoicing. Pick the one you are genuinely good at and let the board, the listing and the site say so.

What we do

What we deliver for computer and laptop dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A positioning note for the shop

One page on who you serve best, what you include that others do not, and the business you are content to lose on price.

Result: Every person at the counter tells the same story.

  2. Board, shopfront and counter presentation

Your name and speciality on the board, the brand material arranged around it, and a counter layout that puts the service desk in view.

Result: The shop looks chosen rather than assembled.

  3. A bill, quote and service slip that match

One layout across the invoice, the bulk quote and the job sheet, each carrying your name, terms and the warranty position.

Result: The paperwork makes you look like a firm.

  4. One name and spelling everywhere

The shop name written identically on the board, the bill, the Business Profile, the website and every directory listing.

Result: Search engines and customers see one business.

  5. A line for staff on what the shop includes

A short script for the counter covering setup, data transfer, the bill, the exchange and the warranty you handle in-house.

Result: The value is said out loud instead of assumed.

How the result is measured

  • Recognition in customer feedback
  • Consistency across channels
  • Repeat enquiries by name

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

  3. 3

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

All case studies
  • France Fox

    Situation
Eco claims are common enough in menswear that buyers discount them on sight. France Fox had a real production story and nowhere to set it out, which is the wrong way round.
    What we did
    • A website built for a launch
    • Social designs and captions
    • Print for the launch
    • One tone at every touchpoint
    Result
No numbers were recorded for this engagement. The work is described in full in the case study.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Does a small dealer need a brand at all?
You already have one, made of whatever people say when they recommend a shop. The question is whether it says what you want it to. Fixing the board, the bill format and the service slip costs little and changes the sentence.
Should we use the posters the brands give us?
Use them, and keep your own name larger. A shopfront covered in someone else's material looks like their outlet rather than your business. Buyers are choosing a shop, not a logo.
How can a local dealer compete with Amazon and Flipkart?
On what the marketplace does not offer. A buyer whose laptop died this morning will pay a little more for a machine tonight, with their files moved across. Say that on the counter and on WhatsApp, not only the price.
Should we put prices on WhatsApp and Google?
Share prices when asked, but always with what is included and a reason to visit. A bare number invites a comparison you will usually lose.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
