Computer and laptop dealers · Content marketing

Answer the question a parent asks before buying a student's first laptop.

Content marketing for a dealer is the advice buyers want from a person, not a spec sheet: which machine for which course, when to upgrade and what a repair costs. GullySales writes those pages, uses them at the counter, and tracks the enquiries each one brings.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the free audit onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For computer and laptop dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • A parent is buying something they do not understand

They know the budget and the course and nothing else. A page saying which machine suits an architecture student and which suits commerce does the salesman's job before they arrive.

  • The upgrade question has no honest answer online

Whether to spend on an SSD or replace a four-year-old machine depends on the model and the use. Write it out for the machines you see most and your shop becomes the place people ask.

  • A repair price page stops the haggling

Publish typical ranges for a screen, a battery and a keyboard on the common models. Customers then arrive with an expectation instead of a suspicion.

What we do

What we deliver for computer and laptop dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Buying guides by course and budget

Pages for engineering, design, commerce and school students, built around the machines you stock and the price bands parents come in with.

    Result: Families arrive already half-decided.

  2. An upgrade advice page for common models

What an SSD, a RAM addition or a battery does on the machines you see most, and when replacement is the better spend.

Result: Old customers come back rather than order online.

  3. A repair price range page

Typical ranges for screens, batteries, keyboards and board-level work, with what changes the figure and how long each takes.

Result: Repair callers arrive ready to say yes.

  4. A business buyer's page on invoicing and warranty

How bulk quoting works, GST invoicing for input credit, warranty handling, delivery and what happens when a machine fails in year two.

Result: An office buyer can approve you internally.

  5. Reporting on which pages bring enquiries

Readers, calls and WhatsApp enquiries traced to each page, set against the enquiry figures taken before work began.

Result: You write more of what works and drop the rest.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Will publishing repair prices cost us margin?
It mostly costs you the customers who were going to argue anyway. A stated range brings in people who have accepted the cost, and it stops your staff negotiating from nothing. Keep it a range and say what moves it.
Who writes this when the shop is busy?
We do, from the questions your counter answers every day. One session with whoever runs the service desk produces months of material. You correct the technical detail before it goes up.
How can a local dealer compete with Amazon and Flipkart?
On what the marketplace does not offer. A buyer whose laptop died this morning will pay a little more for a machine tonight, with their files moved across. Say that on the counter and on WhatsApp, not only the price.
Should we put prices on WhatsApp and Google?
Share prices when asked, but always with what is included and a reason to visit. A bare number invites a comparison you will usually lose.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
