Computer and laptop dealers · Reputation management

Your reviews get written about the repair, not about the sale.

Reputation management for a dealer is watching what customers say about the service desk, the warranty and the wait, because that is where the complaints start. GullySales sets a review ask after every sale and every repair, answers what gets posted the same day, and reports the complaint that keeps repeating.

A statue plinth seen close: the bronze figure implied only by its feet and the hem of its drapery above the top of the frame, one face of the stone pedestal scrubbed pale and the other still grimy and carrying a scrawl of paint, with a pressure hose coiled on the steps beside a bucket, brushes and cloths

What reputation management means

Reputation management is watching what is said about your business across Google, social media and review sites, and responding to it before it changes a buyer's mind. GullySales monitors mentions, drafts responses to negative reviews and flags recurring complaints back to your team.

For computer and laptop dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The brand service centre's delay becomes your one star

A customer whose motherboard has been with the brand for three weeks blames the shop that sold it. Tell them where the machine is and when it moves, or the wait gets written up as your fault.

  • The refurbished accusation is the one to get ahead of

Sell used stock and somebody will eventually claim it was passed off as new. A written grade, a written warranty and a signed handover note settle that before it becomes a review.

  • A review from a bulk buyer outweighs a hundred retail ones

An office that bought twenty machines and got them serviced properly writes the review that convinces the next office. Almost no dealer asks them for it.

What we do

What we deliver for computer and laptop dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A review ask after every sale and every repair

A short request at handover with a direct link, used for retail sales, repairs and bulk deliveries rather than only after a good week.

Result: New reviews arrive steadily instead of in bursts.

  2. Service status updates while a machine is away

A message when the machine goes to the brand, when the part is approved and when it comes back, sent without the customer having to ring.

Result: A long repair stops turning into a bad review.

  3. Reply drafts for the complaints that repeat

Answers ready for warranty delays, refurbished stock questions, price disputes and data loss, written once and approved by the owner.

Result: Nobody replies angrily on a Sunday night.

  4. A written grade and warranty note for used stock

A one-page handover for every refurbished machine stating the grade, what was replaced, the warranty period and what it excludes.

Result: The mis-selling claim has paperwork against it.

  5. Review requests to business customers

A separate ask to the office or school after a bulk order is delivered and installed, aimed at the person who signed off on it.

Result: The next office buyer reads the review that matters.

  6. A monthly note on ratings and complaints

New reviews, replies sent and any complaint that appeared more than once, measured against the rating when work began.

Result: The problem behind the reviews gets dealt with.

How the result is measured

  • Average rating
  • Response time to reviews
  • Negative mentions resolved

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

  3. 3

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

  • France Fox

Eco claims are common enough in menswear that buyers discount them on sight. France Fox had a real production story and nowhere to set it out, which is the wrong way round.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

A customer is posting that we sold a faulty machine. What do we do?
Reply the same day, briefly, offering to look at it, and keep the argument off the platform. Then pull the invoice, the serial number and the service history. Most of these end quietly once somebody actually calls the customer.
How do we collect reviews from a busy counter?
Ask at the one moment they are pleased, which is when the machine is handed back working or the setup is finished and their files are on it. A printed code on the counter and one line from your staff does it. No discounts in exchange.
How can a local dealer compete with Amazon and Flipkart?
On what the marketplace does not offer. A buyer whose laptop died this morning will pay a little more for a machine tonight, with their files moved across. Say that on the counter and on WhatsApp, not only the price.
Should we put prices on WhatsApp and Google?
Share prices when asked, but always with what is included and a reason to visit. A bare number invites a comparison you will usually lose.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
