France Fox

A menswear brand had to be believed before it could launch.

France Fox is a sustainable menswear brand making jeans and apparel, and it had no website, no social channels and nothing printed to launch with. GullySales designed and built the website, wrote the founding story and the production detail, created the social designs and captions, and produced the brochures and flyers for the launch promotions.

The problem they brought us

Where things stood.

Eco claims are common enough in menswear that buyers discount them on sight. France Fox had a real production story and nowhere to set it out, which is the wrong way round.

There was no website, so the founding story, the eco-friendly practices and the collection that was coming had no home. There were no social channels either, and nothing printed to put in a stockist's hand.

What we did about it

The work, in the order it happened.

  1. 1

A website built for a launch

A responsive, search-friendly site with the founding story, the eco-friendly approach and the production methods set out in full.

  2. 2

    Social designs and captions

Post designs and captions written around the brand's launch line on wearing better and living better, in one voice across its channels.

  3. 3

    Print for the launch

Brochures and flyers produced for launch promotions and for partnership conversations.

  4. 4

    One tone at every touchpoint

The same messaging, tone and visuals on the website, on social and in print, so a buyer meets one brand and not three.

Where it landed

The outcome.

No numbers were recorded for this engagement, so none are claimed. The work delivered is described above.

How we work

Tell us what you need, and we start from there.

You fill in the requirements brief. We read it, then talk to you about how enquiries arrive, how fast they are answered, and where orders are lost between the two. After that we send the scope, the fee and the term in writing.

We do not publish a price. We scope the work after that first conversation and put the fee in writing before anything begins, split three ways: our time, your media spend, and production. The term and the reporting are agreed in writing at the same time. No default twelve-month lock, no ranking guarantees.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
