Cybersecurity companies · Website

Buyers will scan your website before they trust you to test theirs.

Website development for a cybersecurity company means a site that shows the method, the team and how client data is handled, and that passes the checks a prospect runs on it. GullySales builds the structure and the pages, and works with your engineers on the headers, certificates and disclosure policy a security buyer looks for.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For cybersecurity companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Prospects test your site before they call”

An IT head runs your domain through a header checker or an SSL test, and an outdated plugin or a missing security header ends the conversation before it starts.

  • “The team page is the trust page”

A buyer about to give outsiders access to their network wants names, roles and credentials, and a team page of first names and smiling photographs answers none of it.

  • “Products and services share one menu”

Firms that resell OEM products and sell their own testing put both under one menu, and the buyer cannot tell where the vendor's work ends and yours begins.

What we do

What we deliver for cybersecurity companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A structure split by service, product and sector

Separate sections for your own services, the products you resell and the sectors you serve, so a buyer reaches the right one without guessing.

Result: Each buyer finds their own path through the site.

  2. Security hygiene checked on your own site

TLS configuration, security headers, plugin and CMS versions and exposed admin paths checked with your engineers, and the fixes listed before launch.

Result: You fix what a prospect's scan would find before they run it.

  3. A team page with credentials

Names, roles and certifications for the people who lead engagements, with photographs where they agree to them.

Result: Buyers see the people behind the method.

  4. A page on how client data is handled

Where findings, screenshots and credentials gathered during testing are stored, who can see them and when they are deleted, written with your technical lead.

Result: The question every bank asks has an answer on the site.

  5. A security.txt file and disclosure policy

A published contact for vulnerability reports about your own systems and a plain policy on how you handle them.

Result: You visibly follow the advice you give clients.

  6. Enquiry tracking from page to engagement

Form fills and calls tagged by page and followed to scoping calls and signed work in your CRM, against the baseline from the free audit.

Result: You know which pages bring buyers.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a security buyer checks on your site before agreeing to a first call.

Who leads engagements, with credentials
Names, roles and certifications such as OSCP, CISSP or ISO 27001 lead auditor for the people who lead the work. Take down anyone who has left.
The method, in plain steps
How an engagement runs from scoping to retest, and which published standards you follow, such as the OWASP testing guides for applications.
How client data is handled
Where findings and credentials are stored, how they are encrypted, who can see them and when they are deleted. Bank and hospital IT heads look for this page first.
Clean headers and a current certificate on your own domain
Run your site through the checks a prospect would use and fix what they flag. A security firm's site is judged on this before a word is read.
A security.txt file and a disclosure contact
Publish where researchers should report a flaw in your own systems and how you respond. Buyers read it as a sign the firm follows its own advice.
Resold products kept apart from your own services
Show OEM products under their own heading with your partner level, and your testing and monitoring separately, so the buyer sees what your team does.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for cybersecurity companies

  1. 1

    Assess

In the free audit we trace where last year's signed work came from, how assessments ended, which RFPs you saw late and what happened to partner leads.

  2. 2

    Prove the method

Service pages, a sample report and anonymised case notes, so a buyer can judge the work without anyone breaking an NDA.

  3. 3

    Map buyers and deadlines

Target accounts by sector, the regulators and audits that drive their spend, and the RFP and renewal dates for each.

  4. 4

Follow up every lead and every report

Inbound, partner and tender leads given an owner, and each finished assessment followed by a remediation and retainer proposal.

  5. 5

    Measure and renew

Meetings held, RFPs won, retainers signed and renewals kept, read against the baseline, with sources that produced nothing dropped.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We sell a product. Is a listing on review sites enough?
No. Gartner Peer Insights, G2 and OEM marketplaces are where buyers compare, but they come to your site to check the company, the team and how data is handled. Keep the listings current and let the site carry what they cannot.
Our buyers use laptops. Does mobile speed matter?
Yes. The first look after a referral or a LinkedIn post happens on a phone, and a slow site gets closed there. Keep pages light, skip heavy animations of networks and code, and test on a mid-range Android handset.
Who should own our domain and hosting?
Your company, with the registrar and hosting logins under a role address and multi-factor authentication switched on. A developer or agency gets separate access you can remove. A security firm whose domain lapses or is hijacked struggles to win back trust.
Do we need pages in Hindi or regional languages?
Not for the main site, since your buyers read RFPs and reports in English. If you run awareness training for staff at factories or co-operative banks, a page in the language those employees read makes sense for that service alone.
How do we market ourselves without naming any clients?
Show the method instead of the logo. Publish a redacted sample report, anonymised case notes that each client has cleared in writing, and the certifications your testers hold. A CISO trusts a clear method more than a wall of logos.
Should we use breach news in our marketing?
Only to explain, never to frighten or to guess about the victim. A factual note on what that kind of attack exploits and what to check is useful. Naming a breached company to sell your service makes buyers wonder what you would say about them.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
