AI training institutes · Digital marketing

Choose the channels that fill demo seats, then drop the ones that fill reports.

Digital marketing for an AI training institute is the mix of search, ads, social posts, email and chat that brings a learner to a demo and then to admission. GullySales works on choosing the channels that match your courses and on tracking each from first click to fee paid.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For AI training institutes

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Each course has its own best channel”

A prompt-writing course for office staff finds buyers on LinkedIn. A school holiday camp finds them through parents' groups. An advanced machine learning batch finds them through search. A single budget split evenly serves none of them well, and the split hides which course carries the rest.

  • “Clicks are not admissions”

A campaign that brings a flood of visits and no demo seats looks busy and earns nothing. Count registrations, fee talks and admissions against each channel, and judge by those.

  • “Spend follows trainer capacity”

Advertising a batch that is already full wastes money and disappoints the learners who respond. Marketing needs to know which batch has seats left before it runs.

What we do

What we deliver for AI training institutes.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan by course

Which channels each course uses, with the reason and the budget line.

Result: Each course has a stated main channel.

  2. Search and LinkedIn campaigns

Ads built for the learner type, landing on the demo page for that course.

Result: Every ad lands on a matching page.

  3. Tracking from click to admission

Tags and records that follow a learner through the stages of the admission path.

Result: Each admission names its first source.

  4. A batch-start calendar

Campaign activity planned around batch dates and trainer availability.

Result: Activity stops when the batch is full.

  5. A review of what to stop

A plain list of channels that brought registrations and those that did not.

Result: The next budget follows the list.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these AI training institutes.

  • Institutes teaching machine learning and data science with AI as the headline
  • Short-course institutes teaching prompt writing and everyday AI tools to professionals
  • Weekend batches for working software engineers moving into AI roles
  • Corporate batches run on a company's premises for staff teams
  • Institutes teaching AI to school students in holiday programmes
  • College partnerships where final-year students take the course as an add-on
  • Online-only AI academies with live classes and recorded sessions
  • AI courses for business owners and managers who do not code

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a new institute start?
With your own website and Google profile, then one paid channel matched to your top course. Add others once the first one is tracked.
Do you promise admissions?
No. We work on the system and the measurement. Admissions depend on your trainers, your fee and the market.
Who pays for the ads?
You pay the platform directly. GullySales fees are written out separately before work begins.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
