Day care centres · Website

Let a parent find the fees, the age groups and a trial-day booking in under a minute.

A day care centre's website needs to answer a nervous parent's practical questions quickly: the age groups accepted, the fees, the safety measures and how to book a trial day. It should not bury these behind long paragraphs. GullySales builds sites around this exact set of questions rather than a generic template.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For day care centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A trial-day booking form on every page, not buried in a menu”

A parent who has decided to visit should never have to search for how to book. The trial-day form or WhatsApp link stays visible from the homepage through every age-group page.

  • “Safety details stated plainly, not left implied”

A short, clearly written section on staff verification, CCTV access and the caregiver ratio answers the questions a hesitant parent is reluctant to ask outright over the phone.

  • “Separate pages for each age group and each branch”

A parent searching for infant care in a specific locality needs a page that speaks directly to that. One general homepage trying to describe every age group and every branch at once serves nobody well.

What we do

What we deliver for day care centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A trial-day booking form on every page

A visible booking form or WhatsApp link on the homepage and every age-group page, not buried in a menu.

Result: A parent ready to visit does not have to search for how.

  2. A page for each age group and branch

Separate pages for infant, toddler and pre-school care, and for each branch if you run more than one, instead of one general page.

Result: A parent finds the exact information for their child and location.

  3. A plainly written safety and fees page

One page laying out staff verification, the caregiver ratio and fee ranges, so a hesitant parent does not have to ask directly.

Result: The questions parents avoid asking outright are already answered.

  4. A site your team can update yourselves

A build handed over with a simple way for your team to update photographs, fees and available slots without needing a developer.

Result: The site stays current without waiting on outside help.

  5. Mobile-first design for a phone search

Pages built and checked to work well on a phone, since most searches for day care near me happen there.

Result: A parent searching late at night on their phone can book without friction.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a day care centre's website must show before a parent books a visit.

Age groups and the hours each is open
Show the age range for each programme, such as infants, toddlers and after-school, and the full-day and half-day timings. A working parent plans around pick-up first.
What the fee covers and what it does not
State what is included, such as meals, nappies and activity materials, and what is extra: registration, deposit, late pick-up. List the refund terms. A parent comparing centres will count the extras.
A day in the life, hour by hour
Write out the routine: arrival, meals, nap, play, outdoor time and hand-over. Parents want to picture the day before they leave a child there.
Meals, allergies and food from home
Show a sample menu, say how allergies are recorded and handled and whether food from home is allowed. Parents of infants also ask about milk storage and feeding.
Rooms and play areas, with children's privacy respected
Photograph the rooms, the sleeping area and the outdoor space. Show children's faces only with written permission from each parent, or keep the photographs to the rooms.
Visiting hours and the trial day
Say when parents may visit, what a trial day involves and what to bring. Give a name and a WhatsApp number for the person who shows them round.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a page for every branch?
Yes, if you run more than one location, since each branch has its own locality searches, staff and sometimes its own fee structure that a shared page cannot represent well.
How long does a rebuild take?
Typically four to six weeks, including age-group pages, a safety section and a trial-day booking path.
Can we put children's photographs on the website?
Only with written permission from the parent, saying where it will be used, and with a way to withdraw it. Many centres show rooms and activities without faces. Never post a child's name with a photograph, even with permission.
Should the website state our policy on sick children?
Yes. Say which illnesses need the child to stay home, when they may return, and how you contact the parent if a child falls ill during the day. Parents ask this late, and an unclear answer ends in a quarrel at the gate.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
