Football academies · Website

Give parents a website that shows the ground, the coaches and how to book a trial.

A website for a football academy is the place a parent checks after seeing a post or a map pin, and decides whether to visit. GullySales works on the structure, the content of each page and the trial booking path.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For football academies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The parent checks the website on a phone before deciding”

A slow page or a tiny timetable image loses the visit. The site must load on a phone, show batches in text and put the trial button where a thumb can reach it.

  • “A home page of slogans does not answer anything”

Passion, discipline and excellence tell a parent nothing. The ground's name, the coaches, the age groups, the leagues and the timings do, and they belong near the top.

  • “Photographs of the actual ground matter more than stock images”

A parent can tell stock football photographs from a real academy. Pictures of your pitch, your children (with consent) and your coaches build trust a stock image cannot.

  • “The booking step loses families if it asks too much”

A long form for a trial asks a busy parent to give up. Name, phone, child's age and preferred batch is enough to start a conversation.

What we do

What we deliver for football academies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page structure for an academy

Pages for the batches, coaches, ground, pathway, camps, girls' football, fees range and trial booking.

Result: Each question a parent has maps to a page.

  2. Mobile-first layout

A design checked on ordinary phones in India, with readable timings, a map pin and a tap-to-call button.

Result: The site works where parents actually browse.

  3. Trial booking form

A short form and a confirmation message sending the family the ground location and what to bring.

Result: A booking triggers a reply, not silence.

  4. Consent-led photo and video use

Images selected from material where parental consent is on file, with captions that avoid personal details.

Result: The site shows children with permission.

  5. Speed and search basics

Image sizes, page titles and headings set so pages load without delay and can be read by search engines.

Result: The site is ready to be found.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

  • Grassroots football academies
  • Academies affiliated to clubs
  • School-based football programmes
  • Five-a-side and turf-based academies

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a custom website or a template?
A well-set-up template is enough for most academies. What matters is the content and the booking path. We recommend the lightest option that fits your needs and your team.
Should we publish the fee on the site?
A range helps parents decide to visit, and the exact structure can stay in the conversation. Say what the fee covers so there are no surprises later.
Who updates the site during the season?
Someone on your team with a simple way to change timings, fixtures and camp dates. We set it up so an update is a small task and not a request to a developer.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
