IELTS and language test coaching institutes · Social media

Post practice material a test taker will save, and the enquiry follows the usefulness.

Social media marketing for a coaching institute is regular posting on the channels where test takers and their families already spend time. GullySales works on a plan, post formats, a posting calendar and the routine for answering messages that arrive.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For IELTS and language test coaching institutes

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A student saves a lesson and ignores an advertisement”

A short writing tip, a speaking prompt or a common error explained in a minute gets saved and shared in study groups. A banner announcing a new batch is scrolled past.

  • “Results posts invite doubt”

A band score shown without the student's written consent, or one that cannot be proven, makes readers suspicious. A post about how the class prepares students carries no such risk.

  • “Parents and test takers watch different channels”

A parent may see the institute on one platform and the student on another. The same message in the same words fits neither reader well.

  • “Comments and direct messages are enquiries”

A student asking about a batch under a post is a lead. If the question sits unanswered for a day, the student has asked elsewhere.

What we do

What we deliver for IELTS and language test coaching institutes.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel choice by audience

A recommendation on which platforms to use for test takers, for parents and for working professionals, and which to leave alone.

Result: The team knows where it is posting and why.

  2. A bank of teaching post formats

Templates for a word of the day, an error corrected, a speaking cue card and a listening tip, written for your trainers to fill.

Result: Trainers can produce a post from a template without a designer.

  3. A posting calendar tied to batch dates

Posts planned around when each batch opens, with teaching posts between announcements.

Result: The calendar shows what goes up and what it points to.

  4. Consent and proof checklist for results

A one-page rule for any post naming a student or a score: written consent, a record kept, no promises of a future score.

Result: No result is published without a record behind it.

  5. A message-answering routine

Who replies to comments and direct messages, which questions move to a phone call and what gets logged.

Result: Each message is answered by a named person and recorded.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a video presence?
Short videos of a trainer explaining a speaking question suit this trade, since students judge teaching style by watching it. Start with one trainer and one format, and add more once the routine holds.
Can we run a free mock test as a post?
Yes, a mock test is a useful offer. Ask for a name, phone number and test date in return and say how the details will be used. Check the platform's current rules on collecting data in forms.
Should we boost every post?
No. Boost only posts that point to a batch or a demo class, and read the spend against enquiries. Teaching posts earn their place through saves and shares, not paid reach.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
