IELTS and language test coaching institutes · Website

Build a site where a student finds the test, the batch and the demo in one visit.

A website for a coaching institute is where a student checks the test you teach, the batch dates, the fee type and how to book a demo. GullySales works on page structure, wording, mobile layout and the enquiry routes on your site.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For IELTS and language test coaching institutes

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Students check the site on a phone”

A test taker looks at the batch page between lectures or on the way home. A layout that needs zooming, or a form with many fields, ends the visit.

  • “The first screen must name the test”

A homepage with a slogan and a photo leaves the visitor guessing what is taught. Naming the tests and showing the next batch date answers the question at once.

  • “Hidden fees invite suspicion”

A site that refuses to say how fees are structured pushes students to call just to compare. A clear fee type for each batch lets them decide to attend a demo.

  • “A results page needs proof behind it”

Showing a score on the site without the student's written consent, or without a record to show if asked, damages trust. Describe the teaching plainly and keep verified results on file.

What we do

What we deliver for IELTS and language test coaching institutes.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site structure and page list

A plan covering home, each test, batches, fees, trainers, demo booking and contact, with the order and links between them.

Result: Every question a student asks has a page that answers it.

  2. Batch and fee pages

Pages stating start dates, timings, mode and fee type for each batch, with a rule for taking down batches that have begun.

Result: A student can compare batches without phoning.

  3. Demo booking form

A short form asking for name, phone, test and planned test date, with a confirmation message.

Result: Each booking arrives complete and lands in the enquiry record.

  4. Trainer pages

A page per trainer giving their subject, teaching experience stated factually and the batches they take.

Result: A student can see who will teach them.

  5. Mobile and speed checks

A review of how the site loads and reads on a phone, with a list of faults to fix.

Result: The site passes a read-through on a phone by the team.

  6. Policy and consent pages

Privacy wording and a clear line on how enquiry details are used, checked by your own adviser.

Result: The site tells visitors what happens to their details.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we build a new site or fix the current one?
Look at what the site does first. If the pages, batches and forms are sound and only the wording is weak, fix it. If the structure cannot show batches or take bookings, a rebuild saves effort.
Do we need a student login area?
Only if you already deliver material or scores online and have people to run it. A login area adds support work. Institutes can do well with public pages and a messaging app for enrolled students.
Can we show student photos?
Only with written consent, and for a child, consent from the parent. Keep a record. A photo of the classroom and the trainer tells a prospective student enough.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
