KPSC coaching centres · Local SEO

Appear on the map when an aspirant searches for coaching near the library or hostel.

Local SEO for a KPSC coaching centre makes your classroom findable on the map and in the local results when an aspirant searches for a centre in a particular town or neighbourhood. GullySales works on your Google Business Profile, your address details and the reviews that real students leave.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For KPSC coaching centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Aspirants choose by how far they must walk”

An aspirant who studies at a library or lives in a hostel wants a centre close by. A search for coaching near a landmark returns the profiles that have the address, hours and phone number filled in correctly.

  • “A profile with wrong details loses the visit”

If the opening hours, the building floor or the entrance lane are wrong, the aspirant walks in circles and calls another centre. A small mistake in the profile costs a demo class.

  • “Reviews are read as a student opinion”

An aspirant reads what past students wrote about the faculty, the test series and the reading room. A profile with no recent reviews feels abandoned, and an unanswered complaint feels worse.

  • “Several branches need separate care”

A centre with classrooms in two towns needs a profile for each, with its own address and phone number. One shared profile sends the aspirant to the wrong door.

What we do

What we deliver for KPSC coaching centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Google Business Profile set-up

The profile filled in fully with name, address, hours, phone number, services and the exam batches you coach.

Result: Your profile shows correct details, and a visitor can reach you in a tap.

  2. Address and landmark wording

A clear way of writing the address and the nearest landmarks, so the aspirant finds the entrance.

Result: The same address wording appears on the profile, the website and the leaflet.

  3. Photographs of the real premises

A shot list for the classroom, reading room, library and entrance, taken by your staff with consent where students appear.

Result: The profile shows the actual rooms an aspirant will sit in.

  4. Review request routine

A polite message your counsellors send to students who are willing to write an honest review, with a reply habit for each one.

Result: Students receive a simple, honest review request, and each review gets a reply.

  5. Town and area pages

A page for each town or branch you serve, with the batches offered there and directions.

Result: Each branch has its own page and its own profile.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we ask students to give five-star reviews?
No. Ask for an honest review and accept what is written. Review platforms have their own rules, so check the platform's current rules, and do not offer a gift or a fee reduction in return.
We rent a room above a shop. Can we still have a profile?
Yes, if students visit the room for classes. Write the address and the floor exactly, and add a landmark and an entrance photograph. Check the platform's current rules on eligibility before you apply.
Does a good profile replace the website?
No. The profile gets the aspirant to your door or your phone, and the website carries the batch detail and the fee. Each does a different job, and the profile links to the website.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
