KPSC coaching centres · Search engine optimisation

Be the page an aspirant finds when searching for the exam and the town.

SEO for a KPSC coaching centre is the work of making each exam batch easy to find when an aspirant searches for it by post, medium and place. GullySales works on the pages, the wording and the page structure that let search engines match your batch to those searches.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For KPSC coaching centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Aspirants search by post, not by institute”

The search is for KAS coaching, FDA coaching or a test series, with a city name added. A centre whose website shows only its own name and a gallery gives the search engine nothing to match.

  • “A notification creates a short burst of searching”

The syllabus, the dates and the eligibility are searched the same day a notice is published. A page that already carries the exam name and can be updated that day is found; a page written a week later is not.

  • “Kannada and English searches are different searches”

An aspirant who reads in Kannada may type the exam name in Kannada script or in English letters. A page written in only one form misses the other group, so the wording has to follow how your own students search.

  • “Old pages quietly mislead”

A page that still shows last cycle's dates and fee confuses the visitor and weakens trust in the whole site. Each exam page needs an owner on your staff who updates it when the notice changes.

What we do

What we deliver for KPSC coaching centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Exam and medium keyword map

A list of the searches an aspirant makes for each exam you coach, in Kannada and English, matched to the page that should answer each.

Result: Each search has one page assigned to it, with no two pages competing.

  2. Batch page structure

Headings, page titles and descriptions written around the exam, the medium and the town, with the batch details placed where a visitor looks first.

Result: Every batch page has a clear title and a first screen that answers the search.

  3. Notification page template

A template your staff can fill with the new syllabus, dates and fee on the day of a notice.

Result: A staff member can publish an updated page without help.

  4. Technical check of the site

A review of page speed on a phone, broken links and pages that search engines cannot read.

Result: You receive a list of faults on the site, ordered by importance.

  5. Selections and faculty pages

Pages that list faculty subjects and past selections with exam, year and post, written so a search engine can read them.

Result: Faculty and selection pages exist as ordinary text, not as a photograph.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the search engine optimisation work runs

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How long before the site appears in search?
Nobody can state that honestly. It depends on the site's age, the competition for each exam and how often the pages are kept current. We set up the pages and the structure, and rankings are never promised.
Should one page cover all the exams?
No. KAS, FDA and SDA differ in syllabus, stages and fee, so one page answers none of them well. One page for each exam lets the aspirant see the batch that matters and lets search match it.
Do we need to blog for SEO?
Only where a blog answers a question an aspirant actually asks, such as how to read a notification or what a stage tests. Posts written to fill space add nothing. The batch pages come first.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
