KPSC coaching centres · Website

Give each exam a page where the aspirant finds batch, medium, fee and a way to ask.

A website for a KPSC coaching centre is the place where an aspirant checks your batches, faculty and fee before calling. GullySales builds pages your staff can update on notification day, with clear forms and a WhatsApp link on every page.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For KPSC coaching centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The aspirant checks the site before calling”

A graduate who got your name from a senior opens the site to confirm the exam, medium and fee. If the page is slow on a phone or shows a past cycle's dates, they call a rival instead.

  • “The site must work on a cheap phone”

Visitors arrive on a mobile with an uncertain connection. Heavy images and long animations lose the visitor, while a light page with text and a button loads and gets used.

  • “Fee clarity builds more trust than a discount banner”

A page that sets out what each instalment covers, what the test series includes and what is extra answers the aspirant's main worry. A banner promising an offer without detail raises suspicion.

  • “Staff must be able to edit it”

If every change goes through an outside developer, the page will be stale when the notice arrives. A site your counsellor can edit the same day stays accurate when it counts.

What we do

What we deliver for KPSC coaching centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Exam batch pages

A page for each exam with syllabus stage, medium, schedule, faculty, fee and a form.

Result: Every exam you coach has a page with the details an aspirant seeks.

  2. Fee and instalment page

A plain statement of fees, instalment dates and what each includes, written to be shown to a parent.

Result: The fee is on a page, not only said at the counter.

  3. Faculty and selections pages

Pages for faculty with subjects taught, and for past selections with exam, year and post, shown with consent.

Result: Faculty and selections appear as readable text with records behind them.

  4. Online batch page

A page explaining how online classes run, the recordings, the doubt sessions and the system requirements.

Result: An aspirant in another town can see how to join from home.

  5. Editing guide for your staff

A short guide and a practice session so your own staff can change dates, fees and notices.

Result: A counsellor can update a batch page without outside help.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How many pages does the site need?
One for each exam, plus pages for fees, faculty, selections, online classes and contact. Begin with the exams you teach and add as you grow. A small site that is accurate beats a large one that is stale.
Should the site be in Kannada?
Your aspirants read Kannada, and a page in the language they think in builds trust. We set up both languages, with the wording checked by your faculty, so each page reads as your centre speaks.
Do we need online payment on the site?
Not necessarily. Some aspirants want to visit before paying. If you add online payment, use a payment provider in ordinary use in India, and keep the instalment explanation next to the button.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
