Law colleges · Digital marketing

Plan search, ads, social and messaging around each law degree you want to fill.

Digital marketing for a law college is the combined plan of search, advertising, social media, email and messaging that brings applicants to each degree. GullySales sets the plan against the seats you want to fill and tracks which channel brings which enquiry.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For law colleges

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Each degree has its own season”

BA LLB enquiries follow Class 12 results and entrance tests. LLB enquiries come from graduates at other times. A single yearly plan misses that the channels carry different people at different moments.

  • “Spending without a seat target spreads thin”

If the principal wants more BBA LLB seats filled but spend goes evenly to all degrees, nothing moves. The plan should start from which seats need attention and work back to the channel.

  • “Channels that cannot be measured are guesses”

An advertisement that brings calls nobody labels cannot be judged. Without source tracking from the first enquiry, the college cannot tell paid search from an advocate's recommendation.

What we do

What we deliver for law colleges.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plan by degree and season

A one-page plan stating the target seats, the audience, the channels and the key dates for each degree.

Result: Every channel has a stated purpose.

  2. Search and social advertisement setup

Advertisement accounts, tracking and landing pages for the degrees you choose, using platforms in ordinary use in India. Check each platform's current rules.

Result: Advertisements lead to a page for that degree.

  3. Enquiry source tracking

Tracking links, a source field and call tracking agreed with the desk, so each enquiry carries its origin.

Result: You can compare channels on enquiries and applications.

  4. A channel review

A written review of what each channel brought, which seats it filled and what to change.

Result: Decisions rest on your own figures.

  5. A claims check

A review of advertisement and page wording against recognition, results and advertising concerns, with a prompt to take your own advice.

Result: Wording is checked before it is published.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these law colleges.

  • Five-year BA LLB and BBA LLB colleges in cities with a High Court bench
  • Three-year LLB colleges serving graduates changing career
  • Law schools inside a private university
  • Government law colleges competing on fee
  • LLM departments with criminal, corporate or constitutional specialisations
  • Colleges that specialise in intellectual property or cyber law
  • Three-year LLB colleges attached to a trust
  • New law colleges still building their first batches

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

What budget does a law college need?
That depends on the seats to fill and the channels chosen. GullySales does not quote a figure in advance; after studying your intake and sources it proposes a plan you can accept or cut.
Which channel should come first?
The one with the shortest path to an enquiry you can answer: a Google Business Profile and search for the degrees. Add social and email once the desk can handle the volume.
Can we run ads that mention rankings or placements?
Avoid them. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, and such claims can mislead families. Check with your own council or adviser, and describe facilities and faculty instead.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
