Montessori schools · Local SEO

Show up on the map when a parent searches for Montessori nearby.

Local SEO for a Montessori school means keeping the Google listing, locality pages and replies to reviews accurate, so nearby parents find the school and trust what they see. GullySales sets up and tidies those pieces and records which locality each enquiry comes from.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For montessori schools

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Parents choose within the school run”

A family picks a preschool they can reach on the way to work. A parent searching with a neighbourhood name expects results close by, and a school missing from that map is missing from the shortlist. Mapping each locality served lets the school see which neighbourhoods produce visit requests.

  • “A listing with stock images looks like a play school”

Pictures of generic toys and balloons make a school look like every nursery. Photographs of the shelves, the materials and children absorbed in work, taken with consent, tell a parent this is a different kind of room. Such photographs also answer the question of what the room looks like before the parent arrives.

  • “The business type on the listing decides who sees it”

Listing a Montessori school simply as day care shows it to parents wanting childcare hours. Choosing the right business type, and describing the programme and ages taught, puts it in front of parents who want the method. Getting this one choice right changes which parents see the school at all.

  • “Parents read replies to reviews for tone”

A parent reading reviews watches how the school responds as much as what is written. A calm, courteous reply to a worried parent shows the same temperament the guides show in the classroom. Replying with care costs little and is read by every parent who scrolls past.

What we do

What we deliver for montessori schools.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Google listing set-up and clean-up

Name, address, hours, phone, business type, programme description and ages taught, checked against what the school actually offers.

Result: The listing matches the signboard and the admissions page.

  2. A photograph plan

A shot list of shelves, materials and outdoor space, with a consent note for any picture that shows a child.

Result: Listing photos show the room, with consent on record.

  3. Locality pages

Pages for the neighbourhoods the school serves, each describing the programme, the route and the visit request.

Result: A search with a neighbourhood name reaches a page about that area.

  4. A guide to replying to reviews

A short guide for the principal on courteous replies, including to worried parents, that share no detail about any child.

Result: Replies carry one calm tone and protect family privacy.

  5. A details consistency check

The school's name, address and phone compared across directories and social pages, with a list of mismatches to correct.

Result: One version of the details appears everywhere.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need a listing if the school runs from a home?
A listing helps parents find you, but running a school from a residence brings local rules. Check them with your own adviser, and decide with them whether the full address should appear publicly.
May we add our training body's name to the listing?
Add it only where it reflects your actual affiliation or a guide's certificate, worded exactly. Rules on how schools describe affiliation differ by state and by body, so check the wording with your training body and your own adviser.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
