Montessori schools · Social media

Let parents see the work cycle before they walk into the room.

Social media marketing for a Montessori school means showing materials, routines and guide explanations on the platforms parents already use, without putting any child's identity at risk. GullySales prepares the posts, the consent routine and the posting plan, and the school approves everything before it goes out.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For montessori schools

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Parents of young children guard their child's face”

A parent will not thank a school for a public photo of their child. Posts built around hands, materials and finished work show the method fully and keep every child's identity safe. Hands at work on a material tell a parent far more than a smiling face for a camera.

  • “A short clip of one material teaches more than a brochure”

A clip of a guide presenting the pink tower, or a child washing a table, shows what a parent has been asking about. Each clip answers one question and invites the next. A guide's calm voice over the clip adds the explanation that a still picture lacks.

  • “Parent groups discuss you whether you post or not”

Society chats and mothers' groups debate the method and the schools nearby. A school with a clear public presence gives the group something accurate to point to when someone asks. Being present means the school's own account of the method is among what the group reads.

  • “Event pictures crowd out the method”

Annual day photos and festival decorations fill school accounts. A parent deciding on Montessori scrolls past them looking for the classroom, so method posts must be easy to find. A pinned set of method posts at the top of the account solves this without removing events.

What we do

What we deliver for montessori schools.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A consent routine for children's images

A one-page form stating exactly where photos may appear, with a register of who agreed to what.

Result: No image goes out without a recorded consent.

  2. A post series on the materials

Short posts, each presenting one material, what it is for and what the guide does beside the child.

Result: Each post answers one question a visiting parent asks.

  3. A posting plan by platform

A choice of platforms based on where your parents spend time, with the kinds of post that suit each.

Result: The coordinator knows what to post and where.

  4. Guide introduction posts

A short introduction for each guide, naming training exactly as on the certificate.

Result: Parents meet the guides before they meet the room.

  5. A reply guide for comments and messages

Wording for common questions, with a rule to move fee and admission talk to a call or a visit.

Result: Comments get courteous answers in the school's voice.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these montessori schools.

  • Standalone Montessori houses for ages two and a half to six
  • Montessori schools with a lower elementary programme
  • Montessori sections inside a larger school
  • Home-based Montessori set-ups run by a trained guide
  • Montessori schools affiliated to a training body or association
  • Montessori schools with a toddler community
  • Montessori teacher training centres that also run a school
  • Montessori schools run by a trust or a single founder

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the school pay to promote posts?
Promotion suits a post that leads to the visit request page. Check the platform's current rules for ads involving children and education before spending, and keep children's faces out of anything promoted.
Who writes the captions?
We draft them from the principal's and the guides' own explanations, and the school approves each caption before posting. Nothing is written about learning results for any child.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
