Montessori schools · Website

Build a website that explains the classroom and books the visit.

A website for a Montessori school is the place where a parent learns what the classroom is like and asks to see it. GullySales writes and structures the pages around the method, the guides, the programmes and the visit request.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For montessori schools

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Two paragraphs and a gallery of parties”

A site with a short note on Maria Montessori and photos of celebrations tells a parent nothing about the classroom. Pages on the work cycle, the materials and the guide's role fill the gap. Your own materials, shelves and daily rhythm are the content that a generic site cannot copy.

  • “Parents read on a phone”

Most of the reading happens between other tasks, on a small screen. Short sections, clear headings and a visible visit button suit that way of reading. Test every page on a phone before it goes live.

  • “Guide pages need exact wording”

A guide's profile that names the training body and course exactly as on the certificate earns trust. A profile that stretches the claim loses it as soon as a parent checks. Ask each guide to check their own profile against the certificate they hold.

  • “The fee question needs a place”

Parents look for fees early. A page that explains what the fee covers, and invites a visit for the full picture, answers honestly without turning the site into a price list. State only what the fee covers, as the school itself sets it.

What we do

What we deliver for montessori schools.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Method pages

Pages on the work cycle, mixed ages and free choice, written from the principal's account.

Result: A parent understands the classroom before visiting.

  2. Guide profiles

A short profile for each guide, with training named exactly as on the certificate.

Result: Each profile can be checked against the certificate.

  3. Programme pages

Separate pages for each age group, with the daily rhythm described in plain words.

Result: A parent finds the page for their child's age.

  4. A visit request form

A short form for the parent's name, number, the child's age and a preferred slot.

Result: Every request reaches the coordinator with the details needed.

  5. A privacy and photo consent page

A plain statement on how family information and children's images are handled.

Result: Parents can read how the school protects their child's details.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these montessori schools.

  • Standalone Montessori houses for ages two and a half to six
  • Montessori schools with a lower elementary programme
  • Montessori sections inside a larger school
  • Home-based Montessori set-ups run by a trained guide
  • Montessori schools affiliated to a training body or association
  • Montessori schools with a toddler community
  • Montessori teacher training centres that also run a school
  • Montessori schools run by a trust or a single founder

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the website show fees?
Show what the fee covers and how admissions work, and invite a visit for specifics. Rules on how schools advertise fees differ by state, so check your wording with your own adviser.
Can we put a classroom video on the site?
Only with written consent from every parent whose child appears, and preferably showing hands and materials rather than faces. Keep a record of who agreed to what, and remove the video if a parent withdraws.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
