NEET coaching centres · Digital marketing

Plan your search, social and WhatsApp work around the NEET calendar, not around the month.

Digital marketing for a NEET coaching centre brings together search, social media, video, the website and WhatsApp so that a family finds the centre and gets an answer. GullySales builds one plan across these, timed to results, boards and admission windows.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For NEET coaching centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The exam calendar decides when each channel matters”

Search and WhatsApp carry weight in result week. Instagram and YouTube matter in the months when students are planning. A plan that spreads effort evenly over the year misses both peaks.

  • “Each channel needs a destination”

An advertisement that sends a parent to the home page makes the family look for the batch. A link to the right batch page, with a form and a phone number, finishes the job the ad began.

  • “Spend without a record teaches nothing”

If the sheet does not show which source brought each admission, next season's budget is a guess. Tracking is dull, and it is what lets the centre stop paying for things that did not work.

What we do

What we deliver for NEET coaching centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Season plan

A calendar of what runs when: pre-result content, result-week search and WhatsApp, Class 10 outreach, mid-year test-series pushes.

Result: You know what is live in each stretch of the year.

  2. Channel brief per audience

A short brief for Class 11 families, repeaters and outstation families, saying where they look and what they need to read.

Result: Each audience is addressed where it actually spends time.

  3. Search campaign structure

Campaigns grouped by batch and city, with ad text that names the batch and a destination page for each.

Result: A search ad leads to the batch it describes.

  4. Tracking set-up

Call tracking, form source fields and a source column in your sheet, so each admission can be traced.

Result: After the season you can compare sources by admissions.

  5. Season review

A written comparison of enquiries, calls, demos and admissions by source against the start of the season.

Result: You have a plain record to plan the next intake.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small centre begin?
With the website batch pages, the Google Business Profile and the callback routine. Paid search and social follow once families can be answered properly.
What budget should we set?
We do not name a figure. It depends on your batch sizes, your fee and your city. Set it after reviewing last season's admissions by source, and keep it flexible.
Can we do this ourselves?
Parts of it, yes. Some centres run their own social posts well. The pieces that benefit from outside work are tracking, search structure and the reply routine. We can take only those if you prefer.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
