NEET coaching centres · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp to answer parents properly, with consent and a named counsellor.

WhatsApp marketing for a NEET coaching centre means using the WhatsApp Business app or platform to reply to enquiries, send batch details and keep enrolled families informed. GullySales works on the reply set, the broadcast rules and the consent record behind them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For NEET coaching centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Parents expect an answer on WhatsApp, not a form”

A parent who messages after seeing an advertisement wants the batch details and a person to ask. An auto-reply that only says someone will contact them leaves the family waiting and comparing.

  • “Broadcasts to everyone annoy the wrong families”

A message about the repeater batch sent to the parent of a Class 9 student is noise. Groups by batch and class keep each message relevant.

  • “Consent is the foundation”

Message only families who asked to hear from you, and let them stop at any time. Platform rules change, so check WhatsApp's current business rules before you send a broadcast.

What we do

What we deliver for NEET coaching centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Quick-reply set

Approved replies for batch details, timings, fee structure, hostel and demo booking, written in your counsellors' voice and in the languages your families use.

Result: Every counsellor answers common questions in the same clear way.

  2. Labels by batch and stage

A set of labels on the Business app, such as Class 11 enquiry, repeater, demo booked and fee discussed.

Result: You can find every family at a given stage in seconds.

  3. Consent and opt-out record

A note of how each family agreed to receive messages, and a simple way to stop.

Result: You can show how each family came to be on a list.

  4. Broadcast plan by audience

Messages for test dates, holidays and batch openings sent to the right group, with a limit on what is sent.

Result: Families receive only what applies to their child.

  5. Parent group rules

Guidance on running a parent group: who may post, what is allowed and when it is muted.

Result: The group stays useful and does not turn into a complaints board.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we use the WhatsApp Business app or the API?
A small centre with a few counsellors can begin with the Business app. A larger centre with many enquiries and several agents can consider the API through a provider. Check current costs and rules before choosing.
Can we send results of tests on WhatsApp?
Send a student's marks to that student's parent only, and keep class-wide rankings off open groups. Treat results as private, and follow your own data and consent practice.
Can counsellors use their own numbers?
It is better to use a centre number so the history stays with the centre when a counsellor leaves. Personal numbers mix private and work messages and cannot be audited.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
