Preschools · Website

Give parents a site that loads on a phone and answers the questions first.

A website for a preschool is the school's own page on the internet, where a parent checks the age groups, the day's routine, the safety arrangements and how to book a visit. GullySales works on the structure, the wording and the contact routes.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For preschools

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is on a phone, in a hurry”

A parent opens the site on a phone between chores. A page that is slow, crowded or built for a desktop gets closed, and the school is struck off the shortlist.

  • “Parents look for safety before curriculum”

They want to know who collects the child, how the gate is controlled and what the ratio of adults to children is. A site that talks about a teaching method and says nothing about safety misses the first question.

  • “A scanned brochure is unreadable”

A brochure uploaded as an image cannot be read on a small screen or found by search. The same content as text on a page does both jobs.

  • “A website that is out of date raises doubt”

Last year's admission dates or a fee table from two sessions ago tell a parent the office is not paying attention. Each page should show something the school will keep current.

What we do

What we deliver for preschools.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each age group

Playgroup, nursery, LKG and UKG on separate pages, with the cut-off, the day and a visit-booking button.

Result: A parent finds the right class without hunting.

  2. A safety and daily routine page

A plain account of gate procedure, staff, supervision, meals and rest, written as text a parent can read.

Result: The first worry is answered on the site.

  3. A visit booking form and a WhatsApp link

A short form and a button that opens a chat with the school's business number, both on every page.

Result: A parent can ask or book in a tap.

  4. A mobile-first layout

Pages built for a phone screen first, with readable text, light images and a clear route to contact.

Result: The site works for the parent who is standing in a queue.

  5. A short list of what to keep current

A note of the pages that go out of date, such as admissions dates and fees, and who at the school updates them.

Result: The site stays accurate through the year.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these preschools.

  • Standalone neighbourhood preschools run by a single owner
  • Franchise preschools running under a chain's name
  • Preschools attached to a primary or high school
  • Play schools inside apartment complexes and gated communities
  • Preschools with an extended day or day care add-on
  • Activity-based and play-way preschools
  • Preschools with their own transport vans
  • Preschools run by a trust or a charitable society

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What must be on the home page?
The school's name and locality, the age groups, a photograph of the school, a way to book a visit and the contact details. Everything else can sit one tap away.
Should the site show the fee?
That is the school's choice. If you do, explain what it covers and what is extra. If you do not, say how a parent can receive it. A hidden fee with no route to find it loses readers.
Do we need a new site or can we fix the old one?
Look first at the pages parents use. If the structure is sound, fixing the wording, the photographs and the contact routes may be enough. A rebuild is justified when the site cannot work on a phone.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
