Preschools · Buyer persona

Write down who chooses the school: the mother, the father or the grandparent.

A buyer persona for a preschool describes the real decision-maker and the people who influence the choice, since the person who visits is not always the one who signs. GullySales builds a written card for each kind of family you admit.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What buyer persona means

A buyer persona is a plain description of the kind of customer who actually buys from you. It includes what they search, what worries them and who else they ask before deciding. GullySales builds this from real enquiries and past sales rather than a generic template, then uses it to write every page and advert.

For preschools

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The parent who visits is not always the decider”

A mother may do the research and the tour while the father decides the budget and a grandparent decides the distance. A school that speaks only to the visitor misses the voice that settles it.

  • “A first-time parent and a second-time parent ask different things”

The first child brings fear of separation and safety. The second brings comparison with the earlier school and a request for fewer rules. One reply script treats both the same and fits neither.

  • “Working parents buy hours, not just a class”

A couple with long commutes weighs day care, pick-up time and the van before the curriculum. If the card ignores timings, the school describes the wrong thing.

  • “A transfer family is in a hurry”

Parents who have just moved city need a seat and a clear process, and they judge the school by when a human answers. They are a different buyer from the family planning two years ahead.

What we do

What we deliver for preschools.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A card for each family type

Short written cards for the first-time parent, the second-child family, the working couple and the family that has just moved.

Result: The office knows who it is talking to before the first call.

  2. A list of questions each card asks

The usual questions and worries of each family type, taken from your own enquiry notes and tour records.

Result: Replies answer the worry that is actually there.

  3. A role map for the household

A note on who researches, who visits, who pays and who is consulted, with the questions to ask on the call to find out.

Result: You learn who still needs to see the school.

  4. A tour variation per card

Small changes in the route and talk for each family type, such as the van for working parents or the settling plan for first-timers.

Result: The tour speaks to the person on it.

  5. A review against drop-outs

A comparison of the cards with the families who visited but did not enrol, and a revision where the card was wrong.

Result: The cards describe real families, not assumptions.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiry match to persona
  • Conversion rate by persona
  • Content aligned to persona

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these preschools.

  • Standalone neighbourhood preschools run by a single owner
  • Franchise preschools running under a chain's name
  • Preschools attached to a primary or high school
  • Play schools inside apartment complexes and gated communities
  • Preschools with an extended day or day care add-on
  • Activity-based and play-way preschools
  • Preschools with their own transport vans
  • Preschools run by a trust or a charitable society

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the buyer persona work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the current view

We start with how your team currently describes the customer, since the gap between belief and reality is often the finding itself.

  2. 2

    Audit past enquiries and sales

We look at recent enquiries and closed deals to see who actually bought, not who was assumed to buy.

  3. 3

    Interview customers and staff

Short, structured conversations surface the real language, worries and triggers behind a purchase.

  4. 4

    Build the personas

Findings are written into short, usable persona documents rather than a long report.

  5. 5

    Apply to your marketing

We show exactly where each persona should change a page, an ad or a script you already have.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How many cards does a school need?
Start with three or four, each built from real enquiries in your register. Add another only when a clearly different family keeps appearing. Too many cards make the front desk ignore all of them.
Do we ask parents personal questions to build them?
Ask only what you need to run admission, such as the child's age, the locality and the timing needs. Keep the data private and safe. Check data and consent requirements with your own adviser.
Does a card replace talking to the parent?
No. It prepares the desk for the usual worries, and the conversation does the rest. A parent who corrects the card tells you something worth writing into it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
