Preschools · Digital marketing

Spend your admission budget where parents in your lanes actually look.

Digital marketing for a preschool is the combined use of search, the map listing, social posts, messages and a landing page to bring local parents to a visit. GullySales works on choosing which of these suit your school and linking them into one admission plan.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For preschools

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Every channel at once spreads thin”

A school that tries search ads, three social accounts and a video channel ends up doing each badly. A small school gets more from two or three routes done properly than from all of them half done.

  • “The season dictates the spending”

Admission money matters most before and during the main intake. Spending evenly through the year wastes budget in quiet months, while stopping entirely leaves mid-year arrivals unserved.

  • “A click is not a child”

Visitors to a page are not admissions. The plan has to follow a family from the first search to the confirmed seat, or the school counts clicks while the seats stay empty.

  • “Offline and online feed each other”

A leaflet at a housing society sends parents to the website, and a website visit ends in a phone call. If the school tracks only one side, it cannot see how they work together.

What we do

What we deliver for preschools.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A route plan for your school

A short document choosing the channels that suit your locality, budget and staff, and leaving out those that do not.

Result: You know where the effort goes and why.

  2. A landing page for admissions

One page for the admission push with the age groups, the visit booking and the school's contact details.

Result: Every ad and leaflet points to the same place.

  3. Search ads for the locality

Ads aimed at the neighbourhoods you serve and the age groups you admit, run in the admission window with a stated budget.

Result: Spend is limited to places and weeks you chose.

  4. A tracking sheet for sources

A record linking each enrolment back to the route that brought it, from ads, listing, referral, leaflet or walk-in.

Result: You see which routes paid for themselves.

  5. A season review

A note after the intake on what brought seats and what did not, used to set the next season's plan.

Result: The next plan starts from the evidence of this one.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these preschools.

  • Standalone neighbourhood preschools run by a single owner
  • Franchise preschools running under a chain's name
  • Preschools attached to a primary or high school
  • Play schools inside apartment complexes and gated communities
  • Preschools with an extended day or day care add-on
  • Activity-based and play-way preschools
  • Preschools with their own transport vans
  • Preschools run by a trust or a charitable society

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

How much should a preschool spend?
There is no fixed figure. Start from the seats you want to fill and what an admission is worth to the school, then spend a sum you can afford to lose. We help you set it and review it.
Do we need a video or a brand film?
Not first. A short tour video can help a parent who cannot visit, but pages, the listing and a good reply come before it. Film only what you can show honestly, without children's faces unless consent is held.
Can you promise a number of admissions?
No. Admissions depend on the school, the lane, the fee and the competition nearby. We prepare the routes and the follow-up, and we report what each route brought.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
