Preschools · Social media

Show parents a normal day in your classroom without putting a child at risk.

Social media marketing for a preschool means showing parents the rooms, the routine and the teachers on the platforms where they already scroll, in a way that respects every child's privacy. GullySales works on the plan, the consent routine and the posts the front desk can keep running.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For preschools

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Parents want proof of a calm day”

A mother deciding on a school wants to see how a teacher handles a crying child and what snack time looks like. A string of festival posters says little, while a short account of an ordinary morning says a great deal.

  • “A child's face is a consent matter”

A photograph of a smiling child brings a like and a risk. Without written parental consent for each use, the school should post hands, art work, empty classrooms and teachers, and not faces.

  • “Your own parents are the audience that talks”

The parents inside the school share what they see with friends in other lanes. Posts that current families are happy to forward reach the neighbours who are about to choose a school.

  • “A dead page is worse than none”

A parent who finds an account last updated before the previous admission season doubts the school is looking after children carefully. A short, steady rhythm the office can sustain beats a burst of posts that stops.

What we do

What we deliver for preschools.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A consent form and photo rule

A short written consent slip for each parent, and a one-page rule for staff listing what may and may not be photographed.

Result: Staff know before posting whether a photograph is allowed.

  2. A plan of recurring post types

A small set of repeating formats, such as a day in nursery, a teacher introduction, an activity explained and an admission notice.

Result: The office has a menu to choose from rather than a blank page.

  3. Templates for admission notices

Simple designs for admissions open, open house and annual day, in the school's own colours with the visit link on each.

Result: A notice can go out with the dates changed and nothing else.

  4. A reply routine for comments and messages

A rule for who answers a question left on a post, and a line that moves the conversation to a phone call or the visit page.

Result: A comment from a parent gets an answer from a named person.

  5. A record of what brought visits

A note each time a parent says they found the school on a social platform, matched to the post named.

Result: You can see which posts led to a tour.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these preschools.

  • Standalone neighbourhood preschools run by a single owner
  • Franchise preschools running under a chain's name
  • Preschools attached to a primary or high school
  • Play schools inside apartment complexes and gated communities
  • Preschools with an extended day or day care add-on
  • Activity-based and play-way preschools
  • Preschools with their own transport vans
  • Preschools run by a trust or a charitable society

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform should a preschool use?
Start where the parents of your area already are. For a neighbourhood school that means Instagram, Facebook and the apartment WhatsApp groups. Pick one or two you can keep up with instead of opening every account.
Can we run paid posts to parents nearby?
Yes, aimed at the lanes your children come from. Check the platform's current rules on advertising about children and education, and check with your own adviser about what your registration lets you say.
Should teachers appear in the posts?
With their own written agreement, yes. Parents trust a teacher they can recognise, and a name with a short introduction helps. Teachers who prefer not to appear should never be pressed to.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
