Preschools · WhatsApp marketing

Answer parents on the app they already use, with a person behind it.

WhatsApp marketing for a preschool is the use of a business number to answer admission questions, send visit details and keep current parents informed, with permission. GullySales works on the setup, the reply routine and the message wording.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For preschools

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first message arrives at night”

A parent writes when the house is quiet. A saved reply that greets them, asks the child's age and promises a human response in school hours turns a silent number into the start of a conversation.

  • “A brochure PDF is not a reply”

Sending a file and nothing else answers no question. A parent wants the fee structure explained, a visit slot offered and a person named, and a PDF dropped into the chat does none of that.

  • “Broadcast to the wrong people hurts”

Sending admission notices to current parents, or to numbers who never asked, annoys people and risks the number. Messages should go only to those who have agreed to hear from the school.

  • “A personal phone is the weak link”

When enquiries live on the principal's own phone, they vanish with the handset or the person. A business number shared by the desk keeps the history with the school.

What we do

What we deliver for preschools.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business number and profile

A WhatsApp Business account with the school's name, address, hours and a short description set up properly.

Result: A parent sees a school, not an unknown number.

  2. Saved replies for common questions

Short replies for age cut-offs, timings, the visit booking and the van, which the desk can edit before sending.

Result: Common questions get a clear answer in the school's own voice.

  3. A consent and opt-in routine

A line on the enquiry form and at the first chat that asks permission to send updates, with a clear way to stop.

Result: You message only those who agreed.

  4. Visit reminders and thank-you notes

Short messages that confirm a booked tour, share the route and say thank you after the visit.

Result: Fewer tours are missed through confusion.

  5. A chat log into the CRM

A habit of noting the child's age, the parent's question and the next step in the enquiry record after each chat.

Result: A conversation is not lost when staff change.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these preschools.

  • Standalone neighbourhood preschools run by a single owner
  • Franchise preschools running under a chain's name
  • Preschools attached to a primary or high school
  • Play schools inside apartment complexes and gated communities
  • Preschools with an extended day or day care add-on
  • Activity-based and play-way preschools
  • Preschools with their own transport vans
  • Preschools run by a trust or a charitable society

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can we add parents to a group for admissions?
Avoid adding enquiring parents to a group without asking. Invite them, and keep groups for current families under clear rules. Check the platform's current rules and the school's data duties before you start.
Should we use automated replies?
Use them for the first greeting and for out-of-hours notes, and have a person take over when the school opens. A parent who senses a machine for the whole conversation loses trust in a school.
Is it fine to send fee reminders there?
For current parents, a short, polite message is usual, but sensitive matters are better handled by a call or a letter. Follow the school's own policy and keep the tone courteous.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
