PTE training centres · Local SEO

Be the PTE centre a student finds on the map near the college or home.

Local SEO for a PTE centre means making the centre's Google Business Profile, directory listings and location pages match what a nearby applicant searches for. GullySales works on the profile, the listings and the way students are asked for reviews.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For PTE training centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The listing is filed under the wrong service”

A centre that appears under general English classes gets enquiries from people who want spoken English. Naming PTE Academic as a service on the profile helps a Maps search match the student who needs the test.

  • “Photos answer the question about the room”

Applicants ask whether the practice lab looks like a test centre. Photos of the computers, headsets and partitioned seats show the room before the student travels there, and a bare reception shot does not. Good photos also give the profile something fresh to show.

  • “Review requests are asked for at the wrong moment”

A student who has just missed a target is the wrong person to ask. Ask a student who has finished a batch and is willing, and never offer a gift or fee for a review.

  • “Directory entries disagree with each other”

One listing says a Saturday batch exists, another lists an old address. A student who finds two versions rings the nearest centre instead. Matching the details across every listing removes the doubt. Check each listing against the profile at regular intervals.

What we do

What we deliver for PTE training centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A reworked Google Business Profile

Services, description, hours and photos rewritten around PTE Academic and each batch type.

Result: The profile names PTE as a service and shows the practice room.

  2. Directory listing clean-up

Name, address, phone and hours checked and matched on JustDial, Sulekha and similar listings.

Result: Every listing shows the same details.

  3. A location page for the centre

A page with the address, landmarks, a map, travel notes and the batch timetable.

Result: A student reading the page knows how to reach the centre.

  4. A review request routine

A short message sent to a student who has completed a batch and agreed to be asked, with no reward attached.

Result: Reviews arrive from students who joined, with the centre's replies in place.

  5. Replies to reviews and questions

Calm replies to reviews, including critical ones, and answers to questions posted on the profile.

Result: No review or question on the profile sits unanswered.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these PTE training centres.

  • PTE-only training centres in major cities
  • Centres that teach IELTS and PTE side by side
  • Online PTE trainers with a YouTube or Instagram following
  • Centres attached to a study abroad consultancy
  • Migration-focused batches for professionals seeking points
  • PTE Core or UKVI-linked preparation where the centre offers it
  • Weekend batches for working applicants
  • Mock test and feedback-only services

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we ask students to leave a review after a result?
Ask after the batch, whatever the score, and never offer money or a gift in return. Check the platform's current rules on review requests, and do not quote a student's score as proof of your coaching.
We teach online. Does local SEO still matter?
Yes, if you have a room that students visit, since local searches reach people near it. An online-only trainer does better on service-area wording and on search pages about online batches.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
