Get found by the student who needs a PTE score for a visa file.

A bachelor's graduate in Vijayawada holds an offer letter from an Australian university, with a score target printed on it.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Realistic editorial illustration of coaching centres and tutors at work in India

In one paragraph

A PTE training centre coaches students and migrants for the Pearson Test of English Academic, a computer-based test taken for study and migration applications. Marketing puts the centre in front of people who have already chosen a country. Sales is the scoring mock test, the plan to close the gap and the booking of a batch. GullySales manages the follow-up between them.

The graduate finishes a mock test on a centre's website, sees the speaking and writing scores, and asks on WhatsApp whether a four-week batch can close the gap. What comes back needs to be a plan for that gap, written plainly enough to show the parents.

PTE buyers are shopping with a number in mind. They have a visa file, an agent or a university waiting, and a retake costs both money and weeks. They want to see the scoring logic, the practice software and a trainer who can explain why a recording lost marks.

How buyers decide

How PTE training centres are chosen.

Most PTE aspirants arrive from a mock test, an Instagram or YouTube trainer, or a study abroad agent's recommendation. The first thing they compare is whether the centre's practice platform feels like the real test and whether the scoring shows the gap section by section.

The trainer decides the sale. Students ask who will review their spoken answers and written summaries, how fast feedback comes, and whether the trainer has sat the test. A short sample class on read aloud or repeat sentence lets the student judge the trainer's ear directly.

Practicalities close it. The student asks whether the batch fits around college or work, whether weekend and online options exist, and what a repeat batch costs if the first attempt falls short. Families also ask whether the centre is tied to a test booking, which they should confirm only with the test provider.

The problem

What usually goes wrong for PTE training centres.

What owners tell us on the first call, in their words.

  • “We get mock test sign-ups that never turn into batches”

People try the free test, see their scores and disappear. No one calls them with a plan for the gap.

  • “Students compare us only on fee”

Our page does not show how feedback is given on speaking, so the nearest centre with a lower fee looks the same.

  • “Study abroad agents send students but we do not know which agents send good ones”

Referrals come by phone with no record, so we cannot thank the agent who sends the most or ask the quiet ones why.

  • “Students leave after a failed attempt and we lose the repeat batch”

Someone scores below the target and feels the centre failed. We do not have a calm way to talk to them about the next try.

  • “Online batch students are in different time zones and drift away”

Students abroad join evening sessions and then stop attending because reminders go out only on one group.

  • “Our centre looks like every IELTS institute in the city”

Our site says 'IELTS and PTE' on the same page, so a PTE-only student cannot tell that we know the test.

What we do

What we do for PTE training centres.

Everything included for PTE training centres.

  1. A PTE-specific page set

Pages for the test format, each section's practice approach, the batch types and the trainers, kept apart from any IELTS pages.

  2. Mock test to plan journey

A sequence that starts when someone completes the practice test: a message with the scores, a short call to understand the target and a proposed batch.

  3. A feedback explainer

A page with a sample of how a spoken answer is reviewed, without a student's real recording or name.

  4. Agent referral record

A register of every referring agent and consultancy, the students sent and the outcome, and a plain record of any arrangement your adviser has confirmed.

  5. Repeat-batch conversation script

A respectful call and message outline for students whose first attempt fell short of the target.

  6. Online attendance reminders

Reminders on WhatsApp and email set in each student's own time zone for live sessions, with a replay link.

How the result is measured

  • Mock test completions against batch admissions
  • Enquiries by source and by referring agent
  • Mock test takers who got a call about their section gaps
  • Repeat-batch conversions
  • Attendance in online batches
  • Agent referrals received

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Worth a page and a campaign of their own

A PTE page separate from the IELTS page · A scored mock test that leads to a plan · Trainer profiles with test-section strengths · Batch formats for working applicants and students · Repeat-attempt support after a lower score · Agent and consultancy referral tracking · Spoken and written feedback examples · Clear fee and batch information on WhatsApp · Reminders for online batch attendance

Priority campaigns

Campaigns for what PTE training centres most want to sell.

Each one planned around when your buyers decide, and measured against the baseline.

  • Mock test lead campaign

Search and Instagram ads for the free practice test, sending people to a short sign-up and then to the follow-up sequence.

  • Intake-linked campaign

Messages timed to the study abroad intakes for Australia, New Zealand and other destinations, aimed at students holding offer letters.

  • Agent partnership campaign

A note to local study abroad consultants with a referral process and, where the student has agreed, a way to see how their students are doing in the batch.

  • Migration points campaign

LinkedIn and Google ads aimed at working professionals who need a language score for a migration application.

  • Trainer shorts

Short videos on common spoken-section mistakes, ending with a link to the mock test.

Beyond search

Where we reach buyers of PTE training centres, beyond Google.

Search matters, but it is rarely the only way this industry's buyers find a supplier.

  • Study abroad consultants

A consultant who has watched the trainer's sample class can name the centre with confidence, so each study abroad consultancy nearby gets a referral note and an invitation to one.

  • University and college international desks

Colleges with an international relations or foreign admissions desk are listed, and a note is written for the staff who guide final-year students on overseas applications.

  • Overseas job and migration agents

Agents who place nurses, engineers and IT staff abroad get a short overview of the migration-points batch and its timetable.

  • Student communities on social platforms

The trainer answers questions in the Telegram and WhatsApp groups that students heading to Australia or Canada form, with a pointer to the mock test only when it fits.

  • Local directories

Your Google Business Profile and JustDial entries name PTE Academic and each batch type, so the listing is not filed under general English classes.

Who it is for

This is written for these PTE training centres.

  • PTE-only training centres in major cities
  • Centres that teach IELTS and PTE side by side
  • Online PTE trainers with a YouTube or Instagram following
  • Centres attached to a study abroad consultancy
  • Migration-focused batches for professionals seeking points
  • PTE Core or UKVI-linked preparation where the centre offers it
  • Weekend batches for working applicants
  • Mock test and feedback-only services

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for PTE training centres

  1. 1

    Read

Where PTE enquiries come from, how many take the mock test and what happens to the score afterwards.

  2. 2

    Separate the page

A PTE page set kept apart from IELTS, carrying trainer and feedback detail.

  3. 3

    Connect the mock test

The follow-up that turns a mock score into a call and a batch proposal, with the score and target on one record.

  4. 4

    Work the referrers

A register of the agents and consultancies that send students, with outreach to the quiet ones and a thank-you for the busy ones.

  5. 5

    Count by source, then compare

Enquiries, mock test completions and batch admissions are counted by source, so the ads, agents and trainer videos can be compared.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Engagement options

Ways to work with us.

Pick the size of commitment that fits. Every option starts with your brief and a conversation.

  1. Option 1

    The conversation on its own

A call after you send your brief. It says honestly whether you need outside help, and many fixes are ones your own team can make.

  2. Option 2

    One fix, scoped

Start with the fix that matters most, such as reply time or follow-up. The fee is in writing before anything starts.

  3. Option 3

    An ongoing programme

We run the work, report against the baseline, and you renew on the numbers. The term and the reporting are agreed in writing first.

  4. Option 4

Guidance for your own team or agency

We plan, brief and check the work of your in-house team or current agency, instead of replacing them.

FAQ

Questions PTE training centres ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should PTE have its own page or share one with IELTS?
Its own. The tests are scored differently and the students come with different questions, so a combined page says little about either. A separate page lets a PTE student see that your trainers know the test.
Should we publish our batch fee on the website?
Students compare centres on fee before they ring, so a stated fee spares both sides calls that go nowhere. Say what the fee covers, such as mock tests, software access and class hours. If fees differ by batch, show the range and what moves it.
How do we use the free mock test without it feeling like a trap?
Say plainly what happens after the test: the student sees the scores and may get a call about a plan. The call is useful when it gives a specific gap and a specific next step, and optional when it does not.
We depend on study abroad consultants for most students. Is that a problem?
It is a risk because a few relationships carry the centre. A register of who sends what, direct search and social enquiries built alongside, and a progress note for each consultant's students spread the dependence.
Do you advise on test booking or visa rules?
No. Test booking and visa conditions are set by the test provider and the immigration authorities and change, so students should confirm them with those bodies. Our pages point people to the official source.
Can the centre use student feedback on its site?
Only with written consent and without private details. We write the permission request and keep the record.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and we tell you which applies to you after we have spoken. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
To start, last month's enquiries in any format and time with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM.
