PTE training centres · Digital marketing

Choose the few channels that bring PTE applicants and drop the rest.

Digital marketing for a PTE centre is the choice and management of search, ads, social channels and messaging to bring in applicants for PTE Academic coaching. GullySales sets the plan, counts what each channel brings, and moves effort towards what produces batches.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For PTE training centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Every channel looks busy and few fill batches”

A centre can run ads, post reels and send messages while batches stay thin. The plan has to count enquiries, mock tests and admissions by channel so effort follows what fills seats. Counting by channel makes the spend decision plain.

  • “Intakes set the rhythm”

Applicants for Australia and other destinations move in step with university intakes. Campaigns timed to those dates reach students holding offer letters, while campaigns running all year reach people with no deadline. Pages and ads should be ready before each intake, not after it opens.

  • “The student compares several centres in one afternoon”

An applicant searches, opens five sites and asks two friends. The centre that shows its trainers, its scoring approach and a mock test link in the first screen is the one the student remembers. The first screen has to do that work, since few visitors scroll.

  • “Budget goes to the wrong test”

A centre that sells IELTS and PTE together spreads spend across both. A separate PTE campaign with its own page and tracking tells the owner what PTE alone is returning. Separate tracking removes the guesswork about where PTE money went.

What we do

What we deliver for PTE training centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan for PTE

A written choice of channels, what each is for and what is dropped, based on your enquiry records.

Result: The plan names each channel and its job.

  2. Intake-linked campaign calendar

A calendar of campaigns timed to study abroad intakes and to the points-test audience.

Result: Each intake has a campaign ready before it starts.

  3. Tracking from ad to admission

Source tags and a simple sheet connecting each ad or post to enquiries, mock tests and batches.

Result: The sheet shows what each source brought.

  4. Search and social ad accounts

Ad accounts set up with PTE-only campaigns, destination ad groups and a link to the mock test page.

Result: Ad spend is reported for PTE alone.

  5. A review of what to stop

A check of channels that bring little, with a recommendation to cut, change or keep each.

Result: Each channel has a decision beside it.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these PTE training centres.

  • PTE-only training centres in major cities
  • Centres that teach IELTS and PTE side by side
  • Online PTE trainers with a YouTube or Instagram following
  • Centres attached to a study abroad consultancy
  • Migration-focused batches for professionals seeking points
  • PTE Core or UKVI-linked preparation where the centre offers it
  • Weekend batches for working applicants
  • Mock test and feedback-only services

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How much should a PTE centre spend on ads?
There is no right figure to quote. Start with a sum you can afford to lose while you learn, track enquiries to admissions, and raise spend only where batches fill.
Should we run PTE and IELTS ads together?
Keep them apart. The two audiences ask different questions, and separate campaigns let you see what each test brings. A combined ad answers neither student well.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
