PTE training centres · WhatsApp marketing

Answer fee, batch and mock test questions on the app applicants already use.

WhatsApp marketing for a PTE centre is the use of WhatsApp for enquiries, batch information, reminders and follow-up with applicants and their families. GullySales works on the business profile, the message templates and the rules for who writes to whom.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For PTE training centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first question arrives at odd hours”

An applicant checking a visa file at night sends a message asking about fees and batches. A set reply with the batch types, the fee range and the mock test link keeps that enquiry warm until the counsellor is back.

  • “Parents ask different questions”

A parent on the same chat asks about timing, safety and what a batch includes. A reply written for that reader, in plain language, answers worries that the applicant would not raise. The reply that works names the batch timing and the sample class, nothing more.

  • “Messaging people who did not ask”

A broadcast to a bought list annoys recipients and can breach the platform's current rules. Write only to people who enquired or agreed, and give each an easy way to stop. A consent line on the sign-up form and a record of it protect the centre.

  • “A shared number loses the thread”

When three counsellors answer from one phone, nobody knows who promised what. A business account with labels and a named owner for each chat keeps the history clear. Labels for each stage let any counsellor pick up a chat and read where it stands.

What we do

What we deliver for PTE training centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business profile

Name, description, hours, catalogue of batch types and a link to the mock test.

Result: The profile lists the batches and the mock test link.

  2. Reply templates for common questions

Saved replies for fees, batch timings, trainer details, the sample class and the mock test.

Result: Counsellors reply from approved wording.

  3. Labels and ownership rules

A set of labels for stages and a rule on which counsellor owns which chat.

Result: Every open chat has a stage label and a named owner.

  4. Reminders for batches and sessions

Messages for sample class, batch start and missed sessions, written in plain language.

Result: Students hear about sessions before they happen.

  5. A consent and opt-out routine

A note at sign-up that the centre will message on WhatsApp, and a simple way to stop.

Result: The record shows who agreed to be messaged.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these PTE training centres.

  • PTE-only training centres in major cities

  • Centres attached to a study abroad consultancy

  • PTE Core or UKVI-linked preparation where the centre offers it
  • Weekend batches for working applicants
  • Mock test and feedback-only services

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send offers to everyone who ever enquired?
Only to people who agreed to hear from the centre. Check the platform's current rules on business messaging, and keep a record of consent. People who did not agree should not receive broadcasts.
Should we use a chatbot?
A simple bot suits first replies and fee questions. Hand over to a person for the mock test plan and any worried parent, since those chats need judgement and warmth.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
